ColourPop BFF Mascara - 0.24oz

Complete junk. Not only is it clumpy when you open it, it also falls apart. The wand broke apart from the top. And then the top came off.

I was so excited for a red mascara but this was really disappointing. Not even 15 minutes after applying my eyes started to get very red and painful. Not to mention the mascara itself is so clumpy & dry, with little to no actual product getting on your lashes. I love the idea but horrible execution from colourpop :(

Gloopy and dry it was fun to have a colored mascara, but it just wasn’t worth it

As per the other reviews, I received this mascara clumpy, dry, and flaky. Thankfully Target refunded when I opened a chat. The formula flaked and wouldn’t coat my lashes, just sent flakes of red all over my eyelids and under eye. Out of the package it’s dried up and looks like a super old mascara you might find in a drawer, which is not good for a product bought brand new. That said, since Target refunded and told me to keep or toss item, I held onto it. I added a couple drops of water and mixed it in with the spoolie and now it coats my lashes perfectly, is vibrant, and isn’t dry or flaky anymore. So, while I hope Colorpop improves the formula so it isn’t a waste of money out of the package, I found a solution to make the one I was left with actually work. If you still have yours, maybe try a few drops of water. I bought the red color. My review rating is based off initial impression of the product, how it was out of the package before I “fixed” it.

[Pink Inc.; purchased in store] Pros: The pigment is nice and bright. Cons: It's clumpy and dry, it feels like all of the product sticks to the end of the wand. I had to put multiple coats to get any color payoff, even with a white primer. It felt like I was putting hair wax onto my lashes. This is a bummer because I was hoping to mix this into my daily makeup rotation.

The worst mascara I’ve ever used in my life. Attempted to use it once and threw it away. Total waste of money.

This is THE BEST blue mascara I’ve ever bought, and let me tell you, I’ve bought them all! I used to spend a ton on Diorshow, but not anymore! I wore it to work last week and received a TON of compliments!

CLUMPY and not even applicable. Even when you try to apply it, the color barely comes off. I'm talking 10, 20 coats later and still nothing .... Worst mascara i've ever tried.

Don’t buy if your eyes are sensitive. Idk if it’s just this batch or if I’m allergic to something in it but I woke up with red goopy eyes. I washed it off really well before bed too.

awesome color that most brands do not have. Layer it for best look! 🌺 I also find Color pop not to be as allergenic as many 🙌

I have the blue & purple. Both are nice colors, but they are a bit clumpy. The blue, you can see nicely on your eyelashes that it's blue. The purple, not quite as much. Not sure I'd it would help if the purple was a little lighter. But in general I'm happy with these mascaras. These are probably some of the best non-traditional color mascaras that I've used.

not sure if i got a faulty batch or what but this mascara crumbled like crazy and i had a HORRIBLE reaction to it… i’m talking red, swollen eyes with yellow/green discharge. not sure if i’m allergic to an ingredient or if the mascara was previously used and it was a bacterial infection but… yeah. super bummed. i really wanted to like the product :(

Perfect when you need red

I like the blue, but not as well as the lavender! I have blue eyes though and the lavender tends to bring them out more. I do like this though and my friends have used it as well. It looks really good with green eyes or even brown! Again I apply black and then just the color on the top lashes!

Literal garbage. I bought the red because I wanted to recreate a makeup look I saw online. It's so crumbly that it will not coat your lashes no matter how many times you layer it. It just crumbles everywhere. Really disappointed because I love Colourpop products, but this is not it.

May be a mid-life crisis, but this old lady(58) is loving this blue mascara! Highly recommend!

I haven’t owned blue mascara in years! When I found this brand I was excited to pick it up. It goes on easily and doesn’t flake. It provides an unexpected pop of color. In one instance I used it on my bottom lashes but not my top. I’ll be using this for fun nights out.

Im this is my first time buying this, so I can’t tell if it arrived dried out or if the formula is just very dry and clumpy. Either way, it did nothing for my lashes. Maybe the whisper of red if anything.

The formula is super dry and hard to apply I have to really rake it through to get any color to deposit and end up getting it all over my eyelid in the process. the effect isn’t impressive at all for what you can actually get on there.

Dry and color would not deposit on my lashes. Don’t waste the time trying it. Love color pop but this mascara could’ve used more effort.
