I bought this to organize my brooms, etc because it states it works on painted cylinder cement blocks. I am not exactly sure how they lasted but all 6 of them fell off. The brooms are well under the weight limit. I used a couple of others on painted wood and they worked great. These are still working great. False advertising that they work on painted cylinder cement block.

2/2 purchased from my local store have failed seemingly due to strips and product being subject to moisture. Nothing like being awoken in the middle of the night to a loud clunking thud, then having to figure out where it came from, then to notice that this and the item it was holding have fallen. Please be aware of how these are being stored prior to being sold so that this stops happening.

The rubber stripping that is supposed to hold a broom handle is literally as thin as a rubber band and there is no way it could hold any broom handle bigger than a Swiffer skinny tiny metal one.
