Q: Under the product description, it says "Package Contents: 9 hooks, 12 strips", but the item pictured has only four hooks per package. Which is it?

DON'T STICK- these are a complete waste of money. They are basically non-stick. After waiting for an hour as instructed they actually bonded less to the wall and just popped right off. Don't even buy these They are stupid. Just buy the heavy duty ones.

The hooks kept falling. I was only hanging a garland on them so it was not the weight. The adhesive just isn't sticky enough

The hooks all fell off once, so I had to reinforce using extra command strips (they should include double the strips), but have worked well since.
