Using your IRIS Ally is as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Simply press the emergency button whenever you're in need.
2. Your device will automatically connect with an emergency responder.
3. From there we will assess your needs and dispatch emergency help to your location. Rest assured, if we can't connect with you, we will send help anyway.
How the Ally Works:
When you push the button on your IRIS Ally, a U.S. based expert will respond and get you the help you need—emergency or not—right away. You’ll be able to hear them through the internal speaker and will also be able to speak back to them if you are able. If you’re unable to speak or respond, we'll call your designated phone number to confirm your well-being. If we can’t reach you, we'll send emergency medical services to your location and make sure you’re safe.
How to wear the IRIS Ally:
You can wear your IRIS Ally around your neck with the included lanyard, or clipped to your belt or waist so it is always within reach. The IRIS Ally is shower safe and water resistant to give you peace of mind almost anywhere you are.

In case you didn't know, Consumer Cellular uses the same towers as AT&T! We have rate plans that start at $20 per month!
