Q: Does it really go 55mph?
A: Hi Ray, thanks for reaching out about Contixo TD2 Butterfly RC Drone: 3D Flip, Headless Mode, LED Lights, Propeller Protection. The Contixo TD2 Butterfly RC Drone can go up to that speed but will deplete the flight time doing it. It has three speed modes and depending on the mode, it’ll go faster. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
submitted byJoe - 4 months agoTarget staff supportA: The Contixo TD2 Butterfly RC Drone does not reach 55mph. It is designed for fun and recreational flying, and its maximum speed is typically around 15-20 mph depending on conditions like wind and battery life. The 55mph speed might be a misunderstanding, as that speed is usually associated with higher-end racing drones. The TD2 is more focused on offering an enjoyable flying experience with features like 3D flips, headless mode, and propeller protection, but it is not built for extreme speeds.

Q: I bought 2 of these drones. I CAN NOT get either of their batteries to charge?? That's 4 batteries, none of them charge. I've tried different outlets, and adaptors. What am I doing wrong??
A: Thank you for sharing your experience with the Contixo TD2 Butterfly RC Drone. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble charging the batteries. Since you've already tried different outlets and adapters without success, it could be a few different things: Battery Connection: Ensure that the batteries are properly connected to the charger. Sometimes a loose connection can prevent charging. Charger Issue: There might be an issue with the charger itself. If possible, try using a different charger that is compatible with the batteries. Battery Condition: Check if the batteries are damaged or swollen, which could prevent them from charging properly. Charging Indicator: Make sure the charging indicator light is turning on when you connect the battery to the charger. If it's not, this could be a sign of a faulty charger or battery. If none of these suggestions work, it might be worth reaching out to Contixo customer support @support@contixo.com for assistance or a potential replacement. I hope this helps, and you can get your drones up and flying soon!
