Definitely not waterproof. Mechanics can't handle a ride in the rain. Works okay. Battery starts off good but once it loses first bar, the rest of the battery is gone within 15 minutes. When pedaling faster than the top speed, chain pops.

We bought 2 of these bikes and they shipped quick. Assembly is easy and all tools are provided in a handy tool pouch. We've already added a bunch of items to these bikes like pouches, a luggage rack, phone holders, and even a dog trailer. All the addons fit well like the manufacture knew we would add them. The batteries last a while. The bikes are well built and sturdy. A great starter bike!

The product arrived very well boxed. All tools necessary to assemble were included. These bikes are so worth the money. Trust me we have rode 14 miles two different times and still had charge. Follow the video to assemble correctly.

Love it - thumbs up. Packaged extremely well and with diligent care. Custom made foam pieces protect everything. This is a sturdy bike. Assembly was quick and easy. The frame is solid. The wheels and tires are the latest and greatest. Finally, I state that this is a “sturdy” bike but it moves very well, it is almost as smooth as a motor less cruiser.

We bought two of these bikes for my husband and I to ride around the neighborhood or take while we're camping. Husband assembled both bikes and said, for the most part, the instructions were pretty clear and he was able to figure out the parts. We especially love this electric bike and that it looks good, works very well.
