Q: Is the seat removable? Should I want to remove it and replace it with a wider bike seat?

A: Hi CisWilde - thanks for your question. While the top of the seat is removable, we do not recommend replacing with different seat as this would void all warranty for the product and cannot be confirmed if another seat would fit properly. I hope this helps!

Q: So the bike itself doesn’t need the battery to use it? I can still use different resistance levels?

Q: I understand this is a battery operated machine. Does the battery come with it, or it's sold separately. If so, how long before it drains out?

A: Hi Paul - Thanks for your question! The Marcy Foldable bike features an LCD computer screen that will require 2 x AAA batteries that are not included. The battery life will run the screen for approximately 3 months under normal usage. The bike itself is not powered by batteries, only the computer screen. I hope this helps!

Q: In one of the images it shows the seat height ranging from 28-33 in, in the answer from the ProductExpert they say the lowest setting is 33 in. Would you please clarify which is correct?

This is my second Marcy purchase of this identical bike and I couldn't be happier. I use it every single day and for a senior citizen, I have to say, it was very simple to assemble and even provided the tools to do so. I'm happy to be on the "road again", virtually, all set up in my veranda with a beautiful view.

I wanted to wait a while to allow sufficient time to use the bike and give it a fair review. I was skeptical at first when the box arrived fairly banged up and with a hole on top. Admittedly, the condition of the delivery made me want to return it but glad I decided to keep it. This little bike is easy to assemble and surprisingly sturdy. Having put over 1,000 miles on it over the past 10 months, it’s still holding up well! I use it almost every day. Now, I’m on the shorter side (5’2”), so reaching the pedals at the lowest setting for the seat has been a challenge. Wearing shoes with a thicker sole was a simple fix. The resistance isn’t hard enough to be too difficult to peddle, but I can get a decent workout parked in front of the TV. It also folds down to a compact size that can be shoved into a corner. Overall, I’m more than satisfied with it. 9/10 would definitely recommend!

The quality of the Marcy NS-652 is fantastic. The size is easy to move from storage to use. The assembly is very easy too. I had to have my husband shorten the seat an inch. I am petite. Until he shortened the seat, I had to fully extend my legs to pedal and I was not sitting on the bike correctly. The bike is exactly what I wanted to stay active and enjoy life with less hip pain. Exercise is the answer.

I love it. This exercise bike is just what I wanted - it is simple, doesnt come with bells and whistles I wouldnt use anyhow, is quiet, and very smooth. My friend recommended it to me and I have recommended it to others.

I love this bike. I took me about an hour to set up, and I have been using it every day since. It is exactly what I was looking for. I am also tall 5 feet, 9 inches, and this bike is great for people my height. It is also easy to lift and store. Thank you for such a wonderful product.
