Not sturdy. Even with the base full of sand it has been knocked down several times due to wind. Any wind will knock this hoop down not just heavy storms. We have used it maybe 5 times and the rim is so bent that it needs to be replaced. Our neighbor has a similar hoop in nextdoor and has no issues.

Price was great, but hoop was missing pieces. Very had to communicate with customer service. They kept transferring me back and forth. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Eventually I got a rep who was able to send a message to the company, who was not helpful. They did not want to replace the piece. Then when they did offer, they said it would take 3 months. I asked could they have someone pick up the item from my home, and they wanted to charge me. We had to take apart the hoop, rebox it and drive it to the store.

This item was shipped missing 3 key parts to put it together and they would not send the 3 parts. Target wasn’t any help. I’ll never make a big purchase like this again at Target or the companies they deal with. Such poor business!!! Save yourself the headache. Also, the instructions are worthless basically figure out in your own how to put it together!!!

The description says 52 inches backboard whereas it is 43 inches. Sometimes the pics does not show correct and that’s why people read descriptions but seems like descriptions are misleading. Don’t buy it unless you want to bend it over to adjust the height with the help of tools everytime.
