A: It has a very light odor to me. I have sensitive skin and this works for me. I would say buy it, try on your hand, and if you have a reaction return it.

{Product was gifted} It is easy to blend and apply. I loved the application process and seeing the microdroplets bursting. It feels cooling and soothing, almost like you are applying water on your face. I like that it has no scent or fragrance. It provides a light to medium coverage with buildable coverage which is what I generally prefer. It doesn't feel heavy, leaves my skin with a nice glow, evens my skin tone a bit and covers some hyperpigmentation, redness and acne. It layers well with the rest of my makeup and lasted all day for my dehydrated combination skin. Overall, I love the natural, sheer, and skin-like finish that it gives.

With that being said, I can't give it an honest review. I have used this makeup however, and I still don't like it. It's like two separate ingredients that don't mix well at all. It's like one ingredient is oily and the other one is watery. Not a good makeup foundation at all. I wouldn't reccomend this. It did have a light nice scent. That's about the only good thing about it. You dropped the ball, Covergirl!!

I haven't tried the original product that this is a dupe of so I can't compare the two, but I did read reviews about it before purchasing and how it can be difficult to blend. I was expecting it to be sheer and look like my skin, but better. But it didn't. - Took ages to blend, stayed wet for too long. - Left a cakey texture on my face. Didn't settle into my fine lines, but it seemed to cling to every single hair on my face in a very unflattering way. - Surprising amount of coverage, but I thought it would be a lot more sheer. Maybe I used too much, but the pump dispensed a lot of (too much IMO) product. - Once it FINALLY dried down, my skin felt dry and not at all like I had moisturized before using it, despite the product feeling like a watery serum. - Rubbed off too easily. - When I went to wash it off, it did not wash off easily with just water and soap. Yet it transfers easily when touched, so I don't know why it was so difficult to wash off. Won't be buying or using this again. It's just not for me (or dry skin).

However, I got a shade darker than my skin tone. I recommend to try this out compared to the high end one as to me it is as good as the higher end ones.

It blended well with my other products and was not too thick. It did glide on quite nicely. It felt good on my skin. I will be going to find my shade because it did feel really nice and stayed on all night.

It’s neat having a different beads of color and pigment, but ultimately the beads do not disperse the color evenly, and it caused my foundation to look patchy and uneven. The best way is to pump this foundation onto your hand, then blend it onto the hand smoothly and then put it on your face but for me, this isn’t something that I’m reaching for from every day use.
