I really like this journal because it is not too much to do. Some journals are difficult because they insist upon dragging information out of you. That is not the goal of this daily journal. It is to help you be mindful and grateful. One portion you do early in the day and the second you do after you’ve completed the day. Of course you can do it all at once if you want to only complete your journal at the end of the day; however there is a section that discusses intentions and your main focus, which I feel are things that you do prior to your daily routine. It even has a space for the number of glasses of water that you drink per day and how many hours of sleep that you get. I bought the well-being affirmation cards and the sticker book with 1600 stickers in it as well. But of course how you journal is dependent upon you alone.

Simple and easy. Not overwhelming like a lot of guided journals. The colors are also beautiful so it makes me want to use it

It’s well organized and simple for my adhd mindset. However paper is thin, I think pencil will work but still imprints. Basic ball point pen seeks through.
