i've been using it for a few days and i can see it's kind of making a difference, but the taste when it's in my mouth literally makes me gag. like i feel like i can't breathe or open my mouth without the band-aid taste making me want to immediately throw it out. if you can handle that for 30 min, then these are good.

They work at the expense of your gums 😭 BURNED so bad I couldn’t keep them on after 10 minutes, left white marks on my gums and can barely eat today. I used to use these all the time in highschool, I don’t know what changed but my god! Ouch

However, some users may be more prone to sensitivity than others. The irritation is temporary and will subside, and there are steps you can take to reduce/eliminate this sensitivity, such as using 3D White Whitestrips over a longer period by waiting a day between applications or alternating between using an upper and lower strip. This will cause whitening to take longer but will not cause a change in the overall whitening effect. So I have generally pretty white teeth with a little bit of yellow staining from coffee. I’ve never tried white strips before so this was my first time. I completed the full 10 days and they really didn’t do much for me, maybe ever so slightly. As far as the strips themself, they were very easy to use and adhered well to my teeth. A lot of the other reviews say that they made their teeth hurt or cause sensitivity, but I personally didn’t have that issue. Only real con is that they taste kinda icky and if you don’t brush immediately after, the taste just lingers in your mouth. Would definitely recommend to someone with more staining.

My daughter had just got her braces off after 3 years. She does drink tea, coffee and soda sometimes. She wanted her teeth whitened. She tried this and after a few days we noticed a difference. I think these do help a little along with good brushing. I would recommend trying them. It’s not a huge difference, but enough where I would say it’s worth the cost.
