On the third day of using this toothpaste, I had gum problems. It became very sensitive, and I had an unpleasant feeling in my mouth. My boyfriend, however, had no issues with it and it worked well for him.

Getting SO hard to find this Pro Health ADVANCED formula! Just like everything else, I guess - you find a GREAT product and the company stops making it or it becomes too hard to find. I really like the gritty part. I had to use the look alike which is NOT the ADVANCED formula for sensitivity and I just want the ADVANCED formula to be available! Very frustrating - the website indicates it's sold at a lot of stores, but in reality they don't HAVE the sensitivity formula in Advanced. UGH!!!!

I’ve been using this for years now after trying out a sample from my dentist. It is definitely better than sensodyne which I used before. Teeth are less sensitive and definitely looks healthier.

The taste is fine but it turns really watery during use. It does pretty good for my sensitive teeth but it leaves my mouth very dry. Cost is reasonable.

This new formula doesn’t seem to provide the sensitivity protection that is used to. Only used for a few days so far and all of the sensitive spots are acting up. I used to like the paste. The new grit is like sandpaper. Maybe that’s what hurts?

I bought three two packs thinking it was the same as CREST PRO HEALTH SENSITIVE & ENAMEL SHIELD which I like. This toothpaste tastes awful and the taste won't go away. Do NOT buy this! It took a couple of days for the after taste to completely dissipate.

This was my favorite paste in the world. I used it for the last 6-8 years. When they recently updated the packaging in august 2023, they also changed the flavor. Now it is gross! still cleans, still helps with sensitivity but the new mint flavor is way too strong, and Im sad to say I now need to find an alternative. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!

Do not buy this toothpaste unless it is the paste version. The regular version leaves a really slimy white thick film all over your teeth, gums and lips every time you use it. It is absolutely gross and there ar hundreds of negative comments all over the internet about this issue with this toothpaste. The company obviously deletes all the negative reviews as they only always have 1 5 star review for almost every product and no negative reviews. DO NOT USE THIS TOOTHPASTE IT IS DISGUSTING

LOVE the gritty paste for THE MOST clean feel EVER! Have used Crest sensitive for so many years, but this GRITTY PASTE is THE BEST, giving us a "dental office clean" feeling!! Having trouble finding another tube of PRO-HEALTH ADVANCED Sensitive Relief with a PINK STRIP on the tube. It's a pretty blue paste with grit and am told by your customer service that the ingredient is called, "Active Clean Crystals." She said the "Crest Pro-Health Advanced Gum Protection Toothpaste" also has the "Active Clean Crystals" so we'll try that one too if we can't find the one we have now. I really hope it has the GRITTY paste like our current tube!

So I decided to try this brand and I must say that it is the best. I no longer have issues or pain with cold foods. I can enjoy brighter teeth, a great taste and ice cream again.

I bet it has something to do with the fact that it is easy on sensitive teeth so it doesn't want to be too aggressive but I do feel that I should also whiten my teeth with a white strip. I will say I love that it doesn't irritate my gums or make my teeth hurt with hot/cold things!

Structurally, there is no reason that I should feel the sensitivity (e.g. I don't have gum line issues), but I do. Often, hot or cold food can lead me to headaches. I have tried other over the counter toothpastes designed for sensitivity relief which work just fine, but I didn't know Crest had entered the market. As a trusted brand, I was happy to try their toothpaste and it worked fine. I liked the taste and texture and it seemed to help. My niece also has braces and used it, too, and liked it.

I was excited to see that Crest Pro Health made a formula for someone like me. I started using it about 2 months ago. The breath freshening power is fantastic, exactly what I expected from Crest. My teeth feel clean and I like that is more of a gel than a paste. I do get the slightest bit of sensitivity when I eat hard ice cream but the longer I use the Crest Sensitive formula, the better it gets. The gel is a a little runnier than other formulas and I find that it will drip off my brush. I also think it can be difficult to squeeze from the tube when you get more than halfway though the tube. I will continue to use it. I like it very much and it will replace my old brand.

With this toothpaste, I can brush these teeth and I have noticed improved sensitivity when I eat too. The flavor is a typical mint, nothing offensive or too strong. Like all crest toothpaste, it seems to change texture in your mouth and you can tell when you spit it out that you have effectively used the toothpaste.

A while back I had six fillings put in the back of my front teeth due to me grinding then at night. This product has helped so much. I started to see a huge difference after the first few weeks of using. Now I can drink cold and hot stuff again without a straw. I am so thankful for this product.
