We just had our faucet installed today and love the stylish look with the matte black!! The functionality is great and having that extra BOOST on the sprayer as a third function is great to wash things away. KOHLER is the way to go!!

I researched high and low in search of the perfect matte black faucet for my kitchen remodel and I am so happy I settled on the Crue! It looks beautiful, feels high quality, has perfect water flow, and the pre-rinse function is a game changer. The original spray head did unfortunately have random streams spraying in different directions, but after a quick call to customer service, a replacement spray head was delivered to my house 3 days later and works perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with Kohler’s customer support and the Crue faucet!

I bought this a month ago for a kitchen remodel which included a new farmhouse style sink. This faucet was a great accent piece to the sink! Very good quality build!

I love this faucet. We have it in 'moderne brass' and it looks like a million dollars! We get soo many compliments on it! It is a very well made faucet, sturdy and easy to use. Love the magnet that keeps the faucet attached. The color looks like a matte gold. I don't like coatings so I am happy it looks like pure metal. I am buying the bar faucet as well. Don't forget the drain covers...I almost did.

Purchased this faucet a month ago and it is wonderful. It's a beautiful faucet that is married with excellent functionality. The spring and hose makes it easy to handle and the magnet keeping it in place when not in use is a great touch. The spray setting has a sweeping pattern that is both aesthetically pleasing and very effective. There's also a button to hold that increases flow for when you need extra oomph. Very happy with this purchase!

I have had this faucet for a few weeks and it looks great but has the features I needed. It has a button that you can push to boost the power of the spray (and my building has low water pressure). The spray nozzle pulls of the horizontal extender piece so you can direct the spray, then you just sit it back on it. Loving it!!

Overview: A really sleek, beautiful faucet with a couple quirky performance notes. Despite the cons below, I'm really happy with the faucet and would buy it again/recommend to a friend. Pros: The Matte Black finish is great - smooth and sleek, while somewhat understated. The minimalist design adds a nice contemporary touch to the kitchen, which I was hoping for. Installation is extremely easy and only required a screwdriver and adjustable wrench. Sweep spray is amazing—so much nicer than the normal circular jet sprays. Cons: This might be personal preference, but the sweep spray requires you to turn it on and off. On my other Kohler faucet, the sweep spray stopped as soon as I released the button. So if I forget and leave sweep spray on, water tends to go all over the place. The boost spray is misleading. The regular spray puts out less water than other faucets, and the boost simply brings it up to the normal volume. I timed it with another faucet in the house and it was 25% slower to fill a pitcher. Seems like a water saving feature, which is understandable, but the marketing claim is misleading. The hot/cold is reversed from what I'm used to. The up position was cold and the down was hot. I switched the lines so that the hot is up and cold down. Not a problem, but a bit of a hassle.

We bought this faucet in matte black 2 months ago and are absolutely happy we did. It gives our kitchen a stylish look and is great quality.

We love the mobility of the sprayer and the magnet that sets it back in place. Such a great piece.

I bought this because my fiance is a plumber and he is a Kohler advocate for any project he works on. He loves the professional design, I love the brass finish and this was the perfect combination for us. Functionally, the faucet doesn't pull down as much as I need. I wash dishes by hand and this doesn't pull down far enough for the sink- that's a Kohler under mount workspace sink. Our last house, we had a Delta faucet and it had a sprayer on it which used a water shield so there was no splashing. This faucet doesn't have that feature and the spray feature gets water EVERYWHERE. It's powerful, but at the same time it doesn't clean dishes that well. That is an opportunity to improve the product- especially for people who wash dishes by hand.

Happy with the faucet. Improvement of what we had before. The design is a little funky with the connector cord not filling the whole faucet.

Kohler has amazed us with customer service and quality products. We ended up returning this one for the non-semi-professional version of this, because we realized that we did need a hose for our large sink with deep corners. The goose neck on this faucet, we didn't realize, is not flexible and so the faucet spray couldn't reach all the way to the edges of the sink. We were careful during unboxing and installation and didn't run water through it, so that made the return simple and easy. We are SUPER happy with the other similar model in the Crue faucet family.

I bought this faucet about a month ago and it really looks great and performs well too!

I love the faucet but the shape is wrong. See photos - instead of a nice U shape, it has an extra inch to one side. I have scoured the internet to see whether this happened to others and can’t find ones that look like mine. Makes me wonder if I received a faulty faucet which is unfortunate at this price point. Could someone please contact me?

I like the appearance of this kitchen faucet but not the length of its hose. I should have read all the reviews before ordering this faucet. After it’s installed last week, I was surprised when I couldn’t pull the hose out like other similar looking kitchen faucets I’d used at my relatives and friends’ houses. The hose is way too short for my farmer sink!

So happy I purchased this- looks great, love the sweeper spray feature
