Q: I was reading the manual and it says that you can cook 2 layers of food but the crisping tray wouldn't stay in the middle. It slides down, resting on the food at the bottom.

We picked up this 10-quart air fryer to replace our trusted 8-quart air fryer that finally gave up the ghost after years of daily use. We were excited for the larger capacity and, at first, didn't really care that you can work either side separately. But it turns out we use that feature everyday. It's really easy to convert from single basket to a dual basket setup. You can even set up both sides to finish at the same time if you want. Though for some reason if you're running both sides separately, if one finishes, you can't restart that side without canceling the other side. So we have to catch it a few seconds before it ends which isn't a big deal but doesn't quite make sense to have to do. We love this modern design and want to get more appliances like this. And it's super easy to clean. Nothing sticks to the inside. We've had it a few months now and are very happy with the purchase.

Had a Ninja 10 qt Dual basket but returned it cause of how small each basket was. This one is significantly bigger on each side even with the divider in than the Ninja I had. Plus you can use it as one whole basket. Very versatile air fryer. Highly recommend it
