Q: Is the inside of the pot 18/0 grade stainless steel?

A: Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, the only line of cookware which is 18/10 stainless is the French Classic. All other current stainless-steel cookware is 18/0 which is also called Premium Stainless Steel. This means that neither performance, quality, nor appearance would be compromised in anyway. Nice pans, take some getting used to since it's not non stick and it is very thin. The bottom can look dirty and chipped after cleaning but it's just hard water build up
