Good size, heavy but not too. Perfect with Cuisinart steamer

Initial quality is good, pan has uniform heat distribution and it retains heat pretty well as a result it leads to better cooking experience and less buring/sticking of food. It is heavier than most pans this size but I guess that is because of the triple ply, which is needed for functionality. Discoloration was observed after a couple of use but since it is cosmetic it doesn't bother us. The pan survived dishwasher, which is good. Cleaning could be challenging particularly if you are boiling milk, recommend using Bar Keeper Friend. Love my new cookware pot. Perfect size for two people and quality is what I expected. Handle is long and pot itself is somewhat heavy. Would purchase additional pots in different sizes in the future.

High quality pan! From the moment you pick it up, you can tell it's high quality and durable. Easy to clean too. The only thing I'd note is that it is pretty heavy for a sauce pan. I wasn't expecting that. But I'm guessing that's how most high quality stainless steal pans feel. It's not a con - just an observation. I'm very happy with it.

This is a very fine heavy pan and I use to make spaghetti and sugar water for the hummingbirds.

After breaking off the hard plastic handle of our large sauce pan, we decided to replace it with this all-metal pan. It works well on the stove top as well as the oven and is a good size. It has already gotten a lot of use in our kitchen!

This is a replacement 3-1/2 qt pan. I had another one for 10 years. It was shallower. I like the deeper design of this new one.

This is a very sturdy saucepan and I already had a Cuisinart steamer that just fits inside. So it does double duty. I wanted to upgrade my cookware, but just one pot or pan at a time. No sense buying a set, as I already have a few good items.

Really love this pot. Have had the 2 quart one for years, as my go-to pot for everything in the kitchen and finally decided to size up/add another to my collection. Such a sturdy, well made pan that cleans up nicely. Have used it on both electric and gas ranges and it performs well on both. The Cuisanart MultiClad Sauce Pans are well made, transfer the heat well, and are easy to clean. I am in the process of replacing all my non-stick cookware and these sauce pans are a great alternative. When use with proper cooking technique food does not stick and they are easy to hand wash. I don't put pots and pans in my dishwasher and would not recommend it as the detergent is very aggressive and may alter the pan finish. These pans have a bright polished finish which helps keep the food from sticking and makes for easy cleanup.

Great pan , the quality is wonderful .I feel like I will have it forever and can pass it down to family even . However the pan is heavy in weight . So if you are weak in strength in your hands , this pan might not be for you .
