I have researched, bought and returned many, many, too many hair products over the last 3 years of my curly hair journey. I dont use it as a one & done styler, in the shower I first apply leave-in conditioner combing through extremely wet hair with a very large tooth comb. I then add a curl enhancer (Treluxe serum), in the same way adding water to have it very wet. I then add this curl cream in the same way. I then comb hair the way I want it to dry. I glaze over treluxe gel, then microplop to encourage the curl. I hover diffuse until cast is set (not fully dry.) I have used this routine with other cream curis, this is the only curl cream that does not give me wet frizz, my curls dry soft, bouncy and shiny and last for days. I pineapple my hair at night and sleep on silk pillowcase in the morning can fluff and go haven't even needed to add water to refresh. I am so happy, I tried this product. Curly hair is a science project.

I love the smell, the consistency (it has a lot of slip), and I love that it gives me a good dose of protein for my medium to high porosity hair. The hold in the product is just enough to give me bouncy curls for the day, but if i want my curls to last longer, I just glaze a small amount of gel over.

I use this cream as a 'protein base layer' before I apply the in shower strong hold gel. I was a little hesitant to buy it, since all creams I used before made my hair feel dirty and weighed my curls down (2c/3a). But I really love this cream! It is light and it defines my curls. The hold is not strong enough for my waves/curls, but when I combine it with the gel I get a nice and strong cast, with healthy and bouncy looking curls.

I use a little of this mixed with a little of the Oil In Cream, and it’s fantastic for my medium density, medium/high porosity hair. The Oil In Cream alone, while I really, really like it, was just a tad too heavy but adding this solved that issue.

I dont know what they are talking about, feather weight. This product weighed my hair down a lot. It has a gross tacky feel when dry. I actually hate it. I bought their other "heavier" protein cream product, I think it is a conditioner that uou can leave in or rinse out, and that worked much better for me as a leave-in. It dud mot weigh my hair diwn at all. But overall I think this entire line is over priced.

This is really great on my wavy hair, the packaging wasn’t great as the lid does not stay shut so I can’t transport it anywhere which is a bit of a problem , my hair loves it though.
