WHY USE CURLSMITH SUPER SLIP PRE-BIOTIC PRIMER:
This Primer is a pre-wash detangling treatment suitable for all hair types. It protects the hair from the stripping effects of clarifying, detangling the strands and keeping hair soft and moisturized during washing.
HOW THE MAGIC HAPPENS:
Clarifying shampoos can feel a bit more stripping than regular cleansers, due to the higher level of cleansing ingredients they contain. Curlsmith Super-Slip Pre-Biotic Primer is a great solution to overcome this. It preps the hair before clarifying, as it creates a barrier that locks in moisture on the hair strands. This way you can detox the scalp without stripping away the moisture from your lengths.

The @curlsmithUS really let me down changing the formula of the super slip pre wash 😤not to mention it's opaque cream that doesn't grip the hair now instead of it being the transparent viscous gel that coated my hair creating an ACTUAL slip that loosens any knot

I have been slowly lightening my dark brown 3c curls and been dealing with a lot more tangles, so i figured id try this for some pre shampoo detangling. This wasn't the answer. It didnt have the slip i need to detangle my natural curls, felt more like a shampoo. Im sure it works great on those with less tangles and knots, it just wasn't effective enough to justify it. DivaCurls Wash Day Wonder works much better

I love this Pre-Wash Primer. Ising it with the shampoo and the. Following up with the conditioner left my hair so clean and my scalp felt great. My only caution is to thoroughly read the directions as to how to use it properly. It should be left in through shampooing, I did not do that the first time and the results were obviously not as good. Excellent product!

Unfortunately that's not what happened with my hair. Made the tangles worse, turning them into dry straw. Took 2x as much conditioner to detangle, and nearly a week of leave in conditioner to help treat and get my hair back to somewhat normal.

Wavy-curly (2C-ish) fine, medium density, medium-high porosity, unbleached hair that needs a good clarifying treatment 2x a month, especially when ive been using heat, and therefore silicone heavy heat protection on it. Also doing a dandruff shampoo another 2x a month (using gentle shampoo in between, washing hair about 2x a week for 8 shampoos a month) This product has been a game changer in terms of protecting my mid-lengths and ends from becoming stripped while I use the shampoos that my scalp needs to feel clean and helps me keep my hair looking and feeling healthy & strong. Only con would be the price, but I haven't seen a better dupe yet so can't complain to mych when there's no one doing this cheaper. Hope they offer a larger value size soon!

There have been a few times when the knots are so bad, I have had to cut them out. This has worked wonders to help me de-tangle. It is a new favorite product!

The Super Slip Pre-wash Primer makes it easier to untangle my hair on wash day! When used with the Wash & Scrub Detox Pro-biotic Cleanser, and then the Post-wash Calming Conditioner, followed by the Weightless Air Dry Cream leave-in, it really removes the build-up and leaves my curls bouncy, defined, yet hydrated, and looking great! This is an awesome "re-set" to get rid of build-up on your hair and set your curls free! It does NOT strip your hair like some clarifying shampoos do. Love it and wouldn't want to ever be without it!

My hair is aging curly frizzy. Using this product has kept my hair from tangling after shampooing. It also has prevented my hair from drying out as much as when using shampoo alone.
