Really like the machine, especially for the price point. We had a much more expensive machine prior and had a lot of problems. Cleaning was a pain, this machine is so easy to clean. You save so much money from going to coffee shops. Fun to learn to do it at home on your own.

Pulling perfect shots are a breeze with the included double walled baskets. I would recommend buying a bottomless portofilter basket (sold separately) so you can see your beautiful extraction in real-time & really dial-in your technique! It comes with the espresso packet to press the coffee into the portafilter. It come with hood instructions on how to use! Depending on how much you want to spend it might be a good option.

The machine has the option for single or double espresso. There is a milk frother on the right hand side. The water tank on the back is removable which makes for easy cleaning and filling, that's probably my favorite part! It's such a compact size that it really won't take up much space. I love this machine, my boyfriend loves it more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my espresso machine about a month ago. so far, making my espresso has been an easy process when it comes to filling the water, making sure your espresso is packed with no residue on the side of the tray. while waiting for the machine to come up to temperature while making sure the espresso tray is fully clipped into the machine. I used the hot water spout on the side which made it easy to make my hot chocolate. The only tricky part that I had difficulty with was figuring out how to make hot milk. After reading the instructions carefully, I saw that you steam your cold milk. when doing so, you have to wait for your machine to be ready and make sure all the water is empty out of the spout before using the steam. this machine is very well made!
