Looks nice HOWEVER, assembling was horrible. The directions are the most vague directions I’ve ever read but of course each piece has to be specific to whichever side it goes too. We’re currently dealing with a bottom that isn’t lining up. We also have two holes (see picture) that appeared after we added the screw (wasn’t too tight and the screw didn’t even reach the front it popped out.). It seems the hole was drilled entirely thru and then they covered it with whatever wood finish they use. After reading these reviews I’m worried about having to deal with their customer service to get a replacement piece.

I like that it's very sturdy and good quality. However, I'm 5'2 and it seems SO hard to put my baby down because of how tall it is. Consider the height when purchasing! Other than that it's very cute and durable.

Target, because I love you so much, I just want to suggest that you drop this company from your product acquisitions. The Spencer crib is definitely a good looking and sturdy piece of furniture, BUT the customer service through Delta Children is the worst I’ve ever experienced. As lovely as this crib looks, I wouldn’t risk buying it and receiving a damaged, faulty, or missing piece(s). Delta Children is so frustrating to communicate with and very impersonal. I received a damaged headboard right out of the box, which happened to be one of the last pieces to assemble. Delta Children said they do not have the piece in stock and have no idea when it will be restocked, and said I need to take it back to the store it was purchased within the store’s return time table. How does a company with a very popular crib not know when pieces will be made and restocked? They provided me no support or sympathy. Now, I am forced to disassemble this crib, put it back in the box somehow and return it to Target where it will become Target’s problem. I think the worst part is that, as expecting parents, we have so many things to do to prepare for this huge life change and the last thing we need is for a crucial purchase of nursery furniture to be turned into such a negative and inconvenient experience. Target and fellow customers, please save yourselves the trouble.

The crib was delivered missing the side panels. Delta makes it near impossible to get ahold of them for replacement parts. Steer clear of their products.

The crib arrived in perfect condition and was very quick and easy to put together. It feels sturdy and high quality (though our baby hasn't arrived yet so we've yet to use it as a crib or any of the other forms). The crib looks very nice and we also got the matching dresser and we love the way the matching set looks in our nursery! Tip: If you're also getting both the crib and dresser, unpack the crib first to have an extra set of tools for building the dresser!

After doing so much research and saving a million things to my Pinterest board, I fell in love with this crib! It’s so sleek and high end feeling but for such an affordable price! We ended up ordering both the crib + matching dresser/changing table together and are so pleased!
