Discovery Kids Triceratops LED Infrared Remote Control (RC) Toy

Looks are great, but feels like it will break if dropped. Also, children's fingers can get pinched in the moving legs.

I got this as a gift & the child loved it. So cute really showed how much he did & I know he is still using it and still loves it

The kids really like to play with it and it didn't take long for them to learn how to use the remote control. The toy is sturdy and holds up to the play.

The sound is amazing and also the remote control is nice, but it walks slowly and the battery didnt last at all! i dont know it it because my son is only three, but he is obsessed about dinosaaurs! besides that he loves to play with it anyways!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for the Toy RC Triceratops. This is a remote control dinosaur for ages 8 and up. It is about 4" tall and 10" long. Requires three AAA batteries to operate. Has a built in speaker so the dinosaur has sound effects as well as eyes that light up. My grandson is a dinosaur lover and has so much fun with it. Very easy to operate and seems very well made.

She also does not have any other remote control toys. So this was a fun one to get her. She likes playing with it and having it walk around the house and make noise. It's less damaging than a fast remote control car speeding around our house and bumping into things. Great for her - great for us as parents too.

The controller is easy for him to use and he loves watching the toy move around. He spends hours at a time playing with this toy. Definitely recommend for anyone who’s child loves dinosaurs.

He absolutely loved it and been playing with it for so many days!! He even brings it to class to do show and tell. The toy is made of good quality and made learning fun for him because he can see how a dinosaur is shaped from its details. It was very easy for him to learn how to use the remote and make it move. His classmates were fascinated as well and now he wants to learn everything about triceratops. He wishes for more selections of interactive dinosaurs to build a collection. I like that it really stirs his imagination!

We had to pull the other two boys away since it was his birthday present. It worked with rechargeable batteries, which is a huge plus! I'll be looking for more dinosaurs for the other two soon!

I know that a few companies do this type of thing now but taking the RC car idea to other interests makes them way more fun for kids who like more than cars. Our Kindergartener is learning about dinosaurs and has a blast with this.

From it's small pet like size ( parents can appreciate its only like 9 inches. compared to much larger ones this size is great! ) the kids felt like they have another pet in our home and actually named it, "TRICE "! All can EASILY handle the simple " CONTROL PAD" from our teenagers to our 3 year old twins, their all IN LOVE with the led lights and life like dino roar sounds as Trice marches across our kitchen floor into the family room and roars into our German Shepherds face making all our kiddos laugh!

It's convenient that they included a continuous play mode so you can play with the triceratops, without having to constantly press the buttons. Definitely recommend for any dinosaur fanatic, think we'll get the T-Rex next.

It only goes forward and backward, and it goes VERY VERY slow. It’s still cool but I wish they made it a little faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a big dinosaur fan my 8 year old is in love with dinosaur RC. Even his 13 year old brother is a big fan. It is made nicely. It really has a lifelike feel and look to it. It’s easy to use and control. I do wish it was and bit bigger.
