Q: I inserted a disk and pushed it to the depth where we could see each image when we rotate the slide. However, we cannot remove the disk. It feels stuck even. Am I missing something on how to remove the disk? Very frustrating for me and my son.

A: The disk should typically slide in and out without much force. However, we’ve found that the very first time a disk is inserted, it might fit more tightly and require slightly more effort to remove. A: The product is tested safe for ages 6+. The lights are not lasers, but we do not recommend looking directly into the light source on the product for an extended period. Thank you

Q: How accurate are the stars? If it is accurate, is it the northern or southern sky? Could a child identify major stars and constellations?

My 5 year old loves his gift and I didn’t realize until we bought it but one end of it is starry night sky and the other end is the slide discs of the planets that you can swap out. Not a bad 20$ present.

This projector is not worth the money at all. I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my sons and it literally projects in a tiny space on their ceiling. The advertising of the name and pacakge is misleading.

I was pretty disappointed by this projector. The packaging is definitely misleading. One side is a projector and it doesn’t move or rotate the pictures. It’s just some slides a random picture of space or a planet that can project on a flat surface. And they’re pretty small. The other side has the 360 rotation and full room option, but it’s just some “stars,” which are just lights. My kids seem to like it ok, but it isn’t as cool as I was hoping for.

My child loves space so this is neat to have in his room. Even if we don't have the picture projecting or the stars side, he likes to use just the light against his wall for shadow puppets. I took away one star because I'd love for this to have a cord that plugs into the wall versus running off just batteries.

I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter. We like the projector…and the automatic turn off. The planets part isn’t very good. But because my granddaughter does like the stars projector and brings it to my place for sleepovers it was very disappointing that the batteries cannot be replaced because the screw holding down the cover must be stripped…or the plastic into which the screw goes is defective. Cannot remove the battery cover. Called the 800# given herein in the Q&A section and it was as expected useless. The thing is defective and I know it’s beyond 90 days but hoped they’d have some info on how to correct the defect. They do not. Therefore it’s now useless even though it would still work if the batteries could be replaced. I finally just forced the cover open and luckily only the plastic by the stuck screw broke so I replaced the batteries and taped the cover back on. Back in business limping along with it.

The disc side works fine. The star side doesn't work at all. when you toggle to "Stars," nothing lights up but I can here a clicking, as if something is trying to rotate. Purchased new 3 days ago.
