Both mugs in the set were damaged upon arrival. The packaging and product boxes were intact. The damage may be due to the low quality. The handles were both broken and I nearly cut myself taking out the mug. Also the craftsmanship is poor as I could see a piece of excess melted glass (as shown in the photo).

Great packaging.Even it's double glass and quite thick, it looks elegant, fragile and expensive.Sent thru the dishwasher before started using it, no problem.Used few times already, there is no dripping on the sides when taking a sip.
