I could not use it because almost half the liquid detergent was gone and I went back to the store to exchange it and they were all like that there was massive fabric softener missing from all of them so I just returned it and got a different fabric softener same brand, but just a different one and that one was actually full, where it should be. I would’ve loved to try this out, but unfortunately there was quite a bit of laundry detergent missing from the actual container, and if you looked at all of them on the shelves, there were different levels of missing amount.

Quality is great, quantity in the bottle is very low. Probably missing 1/5 of the liquid. I bought three bottles and feel like I only received two and 1/3 of a third bottle since so much was missing out of each bottle. I attached a picture.

It may be helpful to know that liquids are filled by volume, in fluid ounces and are not designed to be filled to the top to allow for proper pouring. So disappointed by downy. My bottle wasn’t full. Every time I have purchased this over the past year or so, the fill line has slowly crept down. This time I purchased, it was the lowest I’ve seen. All the bottles were that way. I love this fabric softener and the scent but will not continue to purchase unless the fill the bottle correctly or lower the price for the 3/4 full bottle. Do better Downy.
