Our concentrated formula uses a plant-based softener to reduce static cling and soften your clothes. Our fabric conditioner is free from animal derived ingredients, dyes and synthetic fragrances. We never test our products on animals and our products are certified cruelty free by the Leaping Bunny Organization. Lovely and long lasting lavender smell. Love for my sheets/linens and towels. Not overwhelming, fresh and clean. I also use in conjunction with the laundry soap from seventh generation for my kids clothing/towels/bedding. My son has severe eczema and can tolerate this light fragrance exceptionally well.

Love the scent but the bottle image is not what I received. I did online pickup. The bottle I received has 2 lids. I'm hoping the one I received is an older model & that the lid has been redesigned. The bottle I received does not allow for much liquid to go back inside the bottle as other traditional bottles. I don't like this. It's not a deal breaker but I thought I was getting what was pictured.

The worse!! Not meant for sensitive skin at all. My 1 year old broke out in horrible hives, we thought it was a similar product to the Downy softener nature blend and not at all my daughter was in hives for two days! We use very little softener and all her hives pointed to this because it was the only new thing that we used that day. Use downy softener nature blend we love that. This is horrible!

I normally purchase the lavender fabric softener and have no issues. I was excited to see they made a “free and clear” version so decided to get this instead. The consistency, like many others have said, is so thick it barely comes out of the bottle. I wish I would have known this ahead of time and not purchased this one.

This is a thick as cottage cheese. It is clogging up my softener dispenser. I have no choice but to continue to use it because I am on a limited income. Won't buy again

I am a fan of Seventh Generation products. They are gentle and eco friendly. The lavender products are my favourite, then the lemon They are not cheap so I always stock them up when it is on sale.

I wanted to like this because of the company and scent, but it didn’t make anything I washed feel any softer. With my towels, it actually made them feel less soft. But I do love the scent, and the more friendly products.

This fabric softener doesbnot smell like lavender, but that’s not a big problem. What IS a problem is the oil spots it leaves on my clothes. I had to rewash one shirt four times to get the spots out.

My favorite fabric softener! The lavender scent is lovely and not too strong. This is my personal go to when recommending a fabric softener that is a more sustainable choice: 100% recycled plastic bottle, 84% bio based content, dye-free, option for fragrance-free scent, etc., as well as being a B-Corp. Seventh Generation has set the bar for maximizing their recycled content, by showing it can be done without a noticeable change in durability for the consumer. I hope more companies increase their recycled content. *Note: Yes, I understand that every time plastic is recycled it is down-cycled.
