I really wanted to like these bottles. however, when you hold upside down the drip pretty quickly and when my child is feeding, the flow is to fast, causing her to wear a lot of her meal. It also some how still causes her to swallow a lot of air. Needless to say I don’t really recommend this bottle but every baby is also different.

The flow was way too fast and didn’t allow my baby to suck how you’re supposed to. The bottle itself was also so heavy, way more than other glass bottles. Def would not recommend if you’re bf-ing. Also who wants to clean so many bottle parts?

We got these bottles because that’s what they started. My daughter on in NICU and they have preemie nipples. They work OK. It is a pain to wash the green things so we keep them out of it and it still works just fine. Biggest complaint is that we have only used them for three months. And the writing is already starting to wear off. I wouldn’t really care other than that I figure out how many ounces I’m giving her. We don’t even use the bottle every day and it’s already wearing off. I just feel like the price should last better than that. I will say I accidentally dropped one onto a tile floor from about 3 feet up and it didn’t break so I am impressed with how strong they are.

Great starter bottle set for anyone just starting to bottle feed. I like the slow flow attachment that comes with this bottle. Glass is durable and is dishwasher safe which is a lifesaver. The bottles are a bit heavy but I don’t mind it.

Colic Solution with a Natural Feel

The wide-neck design mimics the natural breastfeeding experience, making the transition between breast and bottle seamless for my baby. The anti-colic vent system is highly effective; I’ve noticed a significant reduction in gas and discomfort during and after feedings. The bottles are made of sturdy glass, which feels durable and safe. The slow-flow nipple allows my baby to feed comfortably at their own pace without any nipple confusion. Cleaning these bottles is straightforward, and they hold up well after multiple sterilizations. The wide neck also makes it easier to pour in formula or breast milk without spilling.

One of my nanny babies uses these bottles, and I really like them. Very sturdy, easy to read the measurements, safer and better for the environment than plastic. Much easier to clean than the narrow kind. I would recommend putting them in the dishwasher so you don’t have to worry about cleaning all the parts

I absolutely adore these glass baby bottles. While we don't use the anti-colic green part since our baby doesn't have colic issues with his formula, I appreciate the thoughtful addition. It's important to note that due to their glass construction, these bottles are heavier than regular ones, which can be a bit challenging for babies to hold. However, the safety aspect of avoiding plastic was a priority for us, which is why we chose these bottles. If you don't mind assisting your little one with holding the bottle, these are a fantastic choice.

Occasionally leaks if not tightened properly, but plastic has the same issue. The vent system works great, but is susceptible to heat and pressure (milk gets sucked up the vent if milk is warm but milk not in the vent is cooling at room temp or fridge, or if your sweet husband overtightens the cap). In any case, we had fewer concerns washing and steaming glass bottles multiple times a day than we did with plastic, so glass was greatly preferred! However, after a full year of use and a run-in with a slippery plate, we finally chipped the rim of one of the bottles. We're expecting our second and wanted to replace the one we broke, but I can't find them in stock for less than $50 a set anywhere!! I really hope these are not discontinued by the manufacturer.

Extremely breakable. It won’t survive even a small drop(less than a foot). The last one broke today. Chips easily too. So be careful.

I do like these. We have been using avent glass but unless the rim and cap is COMPLETELY dry, they pop when you try to screw it on and will leak. Its super weird. Our babes also spits up a lot so we thought these would help. They are definitely big but the avent ones arent much different so I was prepared for that. We’ve only used it once & our baby still spit up after too. So idk. I like the glass- not toxic like plastic, but the green part is plastic, obviously. Annnd i did not get a wire brush in mine. :( Even tho the box says it comes with one. Am i missing something? I double & triple checked lol. So thats kinda messed up.

These bottles are really nice & I love that they’re glass. However, our lactation consultant recommended we switch out the nipples for the compatible Lasinoh Natural Wave for a wider latch. Although these are “wide,” our daughter ends up sliding down to the nipple & just using that. It’s not very compatible with successful breastfeeding. I would recommend the regular Dr Browns in glass instead of the wide so you don’t have to switch nipples.

I liked the fact they were glass and not plastic, and always used the silicone sleeves bought through Dr Browns website with the bottles. I always checked the bottles for cracks or defects before and after use, and was careful to make sure milk and bottle were the same temp when filling. We went three months of solid use before I put them in the fridge in perfect condition one night, to wake the next morning and find milk leaking from a HOLE in the bottom of one! The bottle was never dropped or treated in any way that wasn’t gentle, yet somehow a shard of glass came loose and made a nice hole in the bottom. I emailed dr brown’s customer service with photos and they sent a replacement “just this one time as a courtesy, as our glass bottles come with no guarantee.” As much as I didn’t want to use plastic, I promptly got rid of my remaining glass bottles and bought plastic ones to replace them. I get that they have no way of proving how the bottle was broken, but having no guarantee or anything makes me leery of continuing to use the glass bottles, when clearly there was a defect that I couldn’t detect. I still recommend them, but with the caution that you really need to be careful with inspecting them if going with the glass.

My babe loves these bottles. No issues with leaking (tip: don’t overdo it when you tighten the top) & I definitely see a reduction of gas issues. Love the curved design as well for added grip and a comfortable hold, and the wide mouth is easier to clean than the narrow bottles. Only thing is I warm this bottle for less time in the warmer than the plastic bottles because the glass helps heat the milk more quickly.

These bottles are huge I did not expect them so be so big and heavy. I used the plastic kind with my son and I think I was expecting that size, but just glass. Love that they are glass bottles plastic usually doesn't hold up well and holds bacteria. I like the width of it the nipples they are just like breast nipples, but for my three month old they just seem a little heavy. Other than how big and heavy they are I love these bottles!
