A: Thank you for your inquiry. While we do not test the Dr. Brown's microwave sterilizer with other brands of bottles, it can be used for that purpose if the bottles fit inside the unit and the lid closes.

It’s so easy to use and only takes 2-3 minutes in the microwave. It’s not a big honkin’ thing that takes up a ton of counter space which is great for small spaces. Most bottle brands will fit in it too (plus rattles, pacifiers and anything you’d want sterilized). This is something I can actually commit to using multiple times a day.

I purchased this sterilizer from target specifically because it had the blue top pictured. What I received was an unattractive brownish grey top. I’m taking it back.

Dr. Brown’s gave me this product to try and wow what I would have gave to have this in newborn stage when you're too broken & tired to wash them. It's nice knowing they're sterilized and not breeding bacteria if the milk has curdled a little. I never trusted the dishwasher to get that out. This would be a priceless baby present especially for a premie or baby with health issues.

Dr. Brown’s gave me this product to try and I was pleasantly impressed. I was using the Dr. Brown's Electric Deluxe Sterilizer before I received this product, and that sterilizer is so big and bulky. My husband was always telling me to move it because it took up so much room next to our sink. I actually stopped using it and had it in a closet until I recently donated it. I like this microwave steam sterilizer much better as it's compact and easy to to use at home or on the go. It does the job just as well, is lightweight and easy to store. This is a much better product that the electric sterilizer.

This steam sterilizer is perfect not only for bottles, but for items like pacifiers, teething rings & small toys. All those little items like those connectable rings and the silicone teething animal that your infant takes straight to their mouth can be sterilized in the steamer as well! Great for before/after little friends come by or at daycare centers! Pop it into the microwave and boom! I do wish the tongs were a bit more sturdy!

Dr. Brown’s gave me this product for free in exchange of my honest review. This microwave sterilizer is easy to use and cuts the cleaning time by more than half. I no longer need to boil a large pot of boiling water to sterilize bottles, pacifiers or teethers. We love how convenient it is to use and would highly recommend it. I got this item & it’s not bad of course you need to be aware on how long you sterilize it before you damaged it. However, I liked the product because it kills the bacteria from the bottles & pacifier. Good product.

I recieved the Dr. Brown's Microwave Steam Sterilizer in exchange for my review and so glad I did because I love it. This was my first time trying anything like this and I was quite pleased with it and how easy it is to use. It doesn't take long to santize the bottles and nipples either and using this gives me a sense of peace at how well there santized against germs, etc. I also like that this is really convient and easy. This is a must have and I highly recommend it. You'll be happy you got it.

I was skeptical about this steamer. How could this possibly be sterile (I thought)? I mean clean baby’s bottle in the microwave? No way. I used it fully expecting it to be a big fail. My husband and I stood in front of the microwave waiting to see something spectacular happen. What we saw was the actual bubbling and steaming of the bottles as the microwave plate went around and around. We thought; okay let's see if they are clean though. They passed: the sight test (crystal clear, no residue); the smell test (smelled fresh). We took it a bit further. We drank from the bottles (no nipples), to see if there was an aftertaste. There was none. I wish I knew about this steamer when my other kids were born. I’m never going back to; Big Pot Boiling!

I actually can really say that I love this Dr. Brown's bottle microwave sterilizer it has made it so much easier for me to clean my baby's bottles and I feel so much safer giving my baby her bottles for sure cause I know they have been sterilize by the best product. I love the fact that I can put up to 4 bottles in the sterilizer makes it so much easier for me also the fact that it has a tong to be able to grab the bottles with out me getting burn or anything like that. overall a very good quality bottle sterilizer that I would definitely recommend! I received the product for free in exchange for leaving a review.

Dr. Brown’s gave me this product to try and I love it! This sterilizer is so easy to use and I love being able to quickly sterilize bottles and pacifiers. I love the tall lid because it fits my taller bottles with minimal tilt. The base has guides to hold 4 narrow or wide neck bottles, but you can put your bottles and pacifiers in as you see fit. I like being able to simply pull off the lid versus the hassle of unlocking the lid which is what our previous sterilizer had. The included sturdy tongs allow you to remove the sterilized items easily and safely. Having four convenient grips is convenient when you take this out of the microwave. The cooking time varies by microwave wattage, and I love the peace of mind being able to quickly sanitize and sterilize our items. Highly recommend!
