Dr. Scholl's® Heel Cushions with Massaging Gel® are specially designed for people who experience discomfort in their heels. They provide extra cushioning and shock absorption, using Massaging Gel® Technology, for all-day energizing comfort. How To Use:
STEP 1
Wipe inside of shoes clean to ensure the cushions will adhere well.
STEP 2
Insert cushions into heel section of shoes with gel side facing down.

A: Thank you for reaching out regarding Dr. Scholl's Massaging Gel Advanced Heel Cushions. It is always important that the pair of cushions or insoles be worn on both feet to ensure no disruption to your gait and balance. Be aware that heel pain can also be a sign of Plantar fasciitis. If you are experiencing sharp pain with your first steps in the morning, that is actually the hallmark of Plantar fasciitis pain. While the heel cushions might help, Plantar fasciitis requires that arch support be provided.

A: Thanks for contacting us! We would not recommend gluing the product to a shoe of any kind. Our insoles are meant to be used temporarily until it is time to replace them, typically within about 3 – 6 months depending on wear.

Q: Can these be trimmed for smaller shoes?

A: Our heel cushions are designed for use in most women's shoes. They have not been designed to be trimmed. If you would like a more narrow product which can provide heel cushioning in women's shoes, please try Stylish Step Clear Cushioning for Flats or Stylish Step Extended Comfort for Flats. Both insoles have a 3/4 foot length design to fit in most shoes without crowding toes.

Q: How thick are these, as in how tall are they? How much lift to they provide?

A: Our heel cushions are 0.3" high. The raised profile helps reduce pressure on your heels. While use of the heel cushions will increase your apparent height, please note that they are not intended for use as heel lifts.

As someone who gets heel pain after being on my feet for a long time I can confirm that these help a little but not that much. While my feet did take a little longer to hurt than usual, by the end of the day I was convinced that Dr Scholl was a fraud. lol.

They fit in my shoes well. However it was not quite as cushiony as I hoped. They definitely helped though. I used them for my walking boot. I was non-weight bearing for several weeks and my heel hurt when I was able to start walking. They did stay put well though.

Not sure how you’re supposed to keep this in place. There’s no adhesive so they just slide down into your arch right away.

There’s no adhesive on these things! They come with a clear stick on protectant on the underside, so I thought it was adhesive to stick inside my shoes, but there’s no adhesive! Can’t even walk in my shoes without them slipping like crazy. If they stayed put, they’d be very comfortable, but these are practically unwearable without adding your own adhesive to it; which so far I’m not having much luck with. Absolutely ridiculous that they make this product with no adhesive.

To be fair, tried these for the first time with my T shaped Birkenstocks. I learned there is no adhesive what so ever. They should stay in place bc of the gel side & a promise. I’m trying to get rid of plantar fasciitis at the moment. So far the plantar fasciitis insoles & compression socks have done wonders. They might do better in tennis shoes🤷🏼♀️
