Dr. Scholl's® Heel & Arch All-Day Pain Relief Orthotics are designed to immediately treat pain from heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, arch and general heel pain.
How To Use:
STEP 1: Are the insoles in your shoes removable? Take them out first.
STEP 2: Trim insole to fit using a standard pair of sharp scissors.
STEP 3: Place your insoles into the shoe, fabric side up. Ensure that your insole lays flat against bottom of your shoe.
STEP 4: Enjoy your daily activities with comfort and protection!
Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.

A: Hi There! Our Dr. Scholl's Heel Pain Relief, as a 3/4, may not be your best choice for your running and running sneakers. We suggest you try our Athletic Series Run insole. It is specifically built for runners and provides triple zone protection with 40% shock absorption. A: The purple disk is not intended to be removed. It is part of our Shock Guard® Technology which protects the heel from impact and absorbs pain-inducing shock at its source.

This new version of this product is way to narrow at the heel and curved. I used to buy the Heel Pain which was softer and with less curve. I can not use this. Please bring back the Heel Pain one as the Heel and Arch is no workable to me at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The comfort and support of these on the heel was really surprising. The fit could've been a little longer. They seem durable because it's a well known brand of Dr. Scholls. I just wish it was not just the heel area but the whole foot.

The older version yes had the half moon lighter moon at heel but entire rest was soft and fit perfect in any flat shoe. We wore the older version with Converse, Keds, Tom’s, and all flats with only comfort. These new ones with that awful hard plastic in the arch area HURT plus because they are so much bigger than the older version they won’t fit in most of our flats. The new hard plastic version makes arch and plantar hurt awful and get inflamed. After my daughter wore the new hard plastic version one day in her Converse she ended up with such bad plantar pain had to schedule Dr visit. Dr Scholls is suppose to be about comfort therefore bring back the comfortable old version. Please!!!!

Tried every orthotic over years. This is the only one that takes you from limping to walking/standing all day without pain. Must be this specific orthotic. May feel funny for about a week. Give yourself two weeks to adapt. You’ll forget it’s there and how great it works. Custom made ones never did a thing for me, tried twice thru physical therapy, expensive and poor results!

Unfortunately, the insole is much higher/thicker than the majority of my shoes can comfortably accommodate, rendering them useless in all but one pair. I'm looking for another pair to use with these and will continue to use them until my situation is rectified.

I could feel a difference in my foot placement and I thought it was helping but also it would slip all over the place and that made no sense for me. I used it in sneakers and the feeling just didn’t get there for me.

However, I’ve found that they are a bit bulky, so I can’t fit them into most of my other shoes. They work great for sneakers, but when it comes to dress shoes or flats, they’re just too big. Overall, they’re fantastic for all-day comfort, but be mindful of the shoe types you plan to use them with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in a factory and am on my feet for over 12 hours. I always need an insole to help with the pain steel toe boots cause. I put this insole in my work boots that I have been wearing for the last year, and it helped with pain due to my high arch. My heel felt less pain as well. The only thing that I would recommend is not putting this into a boot or shoe that has already been broken into the form of your foot. It made walking uncomfortable. I am buying a new pair of boots in the next couple of months, and I will try it before breaking in the boot. I do recommend this. It does really help with immediate relief of the heel and arch of the feet.

Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to try these out. Not only do they help with arch support, but the height provided by the luxurious cushioning added helps my shoes fit better, too. I never thought my shoes could be this comfortable!

They helped me not have nearly as much foot pain, and usually until the end of my shift! It's not a miracle cure by any means, but it certainly prolonged my foot pain and supported my arches!

I had a bad case of plantar fasciitis a couple years ago. So I am always looking for ways to better support my foot and arches. I was excited to try these insoles as they are a little slimmer and low profile than others. However, I just can’t get them to be comfortable in the shoes I currently have. I have small feet about size six women’s. The insoles sit odd in my shoes and are just too noticeable for me. I think they are comfortable in regards to the padding and support but just the half insole doesn’t work in the shoes I have at the moment. I would likely recommend them for shoes with little to no drop.
