I received this mini crib as a gift for our newborn, but upon assembling, found that it was missing quite a few hardware. I contacted the manufacturer directly, and within less than 24 hours received a response stating they will send a new set of hardware to complete the assembly. Such prompt customer service from the company!

I bought this a year ago (it was under the name Jasmine though it’s the exact same mini crib). About 4 months in, I noticed ayyy the paint was wearing off on the corners wear my body would touch the crib when laying down my baby. Otherwise it’s super cute. There is still room for my baby to roll around in there even a full year later.

When going to put product together, I found that the headboard had been damaged. I had the best customer service representative that found our out of stock part and had it to us, within a week. Our baby was needing a bed that was bigger than our bassinet but smaller than our full crib and this product is perfect for us. After replacement part, crib is sturdy and cute.
