I love the look. It blends into the room and doesn't stick out like other ugly tower fans. It is also very quiet and if you can't find the remote you can use your phone to control it.

I was feeling a little ridiculous for spending so much on a pretty tower fan, since mine usually last maybe 6 years, at best? “But the reviews,” I said! I mean, yes, there were great reviews on multiple websites and more than a couple of people said it was as good as, or better than, their Dysons. We have a wall AC unit in the living room of our apartment and need to place a tower fan juussstt so to move the cool air to the back bedroom. This one sounded like it would do that far better than the last fan, which we bought for half as much, and annoyed me most of the time. Also, since it will sit in the living room for five months of the year, I did actually want one that looked nice. The gold color seemed harder to come by, so I was happy to see Target had a few left last week (which have since sold out). But in case you’re checking reviews across different sites like I did, I wanted to say, yes, this thing looks fabulous, but I am actually blown away by the performance. 😉 I have no idea who needs 12 different speeds but I think I’ll appreciate having more options, even on the lower end. The oscillating radius is huge and I think I read online that you can adjust that? It’s also quiet. On the lower settings you mostly just hear the air moving through. Once you get to about speed 5, you start to hear a faint mechanical whirring/whining but at those mid-range speeds, it’s not something that would bother me in an otherwise silent room (and I am sometimes easily bothered by such noises). We used to have to turn the TV up in the living room when we used our last fan but that doesn’t seem to be an issue with this one. I have no desire to use this as a smart device (I actually wish this same model and color came in a non-smart version) but the remote is nice and easy to use. And I appreciate there’s a mute option to avoid hearing loud beeps with every change made.

Love the easy access to the fan right from my phone. This fan provides the necessary cooling I was looking for. Decided to purchase an additional 2 fans for each bedroom.

This is the most beautiful gold fan I have ever seen, it looks great with my furniture & decor. Also, it has several speeds & covers a large room with no trouble! Give it a try, I think you will be very pleased with your purchase as I am…one more thing, you can just plug it in to your electrical outlet or control it from your phone with Wi-Fi…I just plugged it in!

Finally a fan that actually cools incredibly well AND is attractive! I put this in my living room and don't even mind it being there - typically tower fans are such an eyesore. The gold is so pretty and unique! Love the app, too, which allows me to control the fan from wherever I am. All around great purchase and just bought another from this brand for a different room.

All movie quotes aside, this fan is very powerful, quiet, and looks great in my living room. The remote and smart functions also make it easy to use.

Beautiful fan - I have this in my living room so it is nice having a different fan aesthetic. Extremely quiet and easy to setup on the app and through alexa. I have already gotten complements! If looking for a fan that has a 'white noise' effect, this is not your fan.

This fan is the highest quality and looks so beautiful in my home. I am so glad I no longer need a clunky white plastic fan. And to be able to control from my phone is so nice!

I love it! easy to set up and connect to my alexa. the app has cool features as well. Remote has been fully functional, setup was simple. The only thing I'm concerned about is how bright that screen is going to be at night, I might have to put some tape over it, as we liked being able to turn off the light with the Quietset and I haven't seen a way to do that with the Pilot Max yet.

This is THE smart home tower fan to get! The packaging, box presentation and manual are tops! Setting up the app and wifi with Google Home was simple and so easy. The App UI is gorgeous! Please Dreo make some more Smart Home devices! You made me a true fan

I had a bulky floor fan for years and it finally gave out, so I bought this one after doing some research and reading all the great reviews. It's super quiet, but I can still get the nice white noise for sleeping on levels 10-12; it's not noisy or annoying. Not only does it look and work great, but it's also so convenient with all the different ways I can control it - with the app, the remote or Alexa - I'm spoiled!

No AC needed, so cool I can sleep easily even on low fan speeds!

Dreo has many tower models to pick from, but I decided to go with this flagship version, which is probably the best on the market. It has a small footprint, yet it packs twelve adjustable speeds for you to choose from, by either using the remote or your mobile. Even when on oscillating mode, it operates silently. It pushes a lot of air, without making any rattles or vibrations. The phone app's great too; you can turn it on, even if you're not home. During the summer heat, I'll switch it on about 30 mins before coming home, so as to flush out the hot air from my bedroom. The app also has a lot extensive fine-tuning options, like a timer, control the swept area for oscillation mode, and even room temperature readings; the only thing missing is sweep speed.

I've installed the unit in my home office & it's already doing a great job circulating air, while being relatively quiet. We have central AC but only use it when it's really hot; we live near the Pacific so the temps are almost always cooler than a few miles inland, so the recent heat wasn't an issue. However, when the sun shines in it does get hot, & that's when the fan does its job. Unfortunately, I didn't install the app on my phone as I don't see why I need to give DREO (& whoever else) access to my LAN. The supplied remote control works fine & I don't need to access the fan when we're not at home. DREO should offer Bluetooth & not rely on Alexa or other intermediaries.

This thing is awesome—it sounds like a machine roaring at full speed, the airflow through the room is awesome, and the 48-inch height is perfect. I'm so glad I chose the gold finish—it's not shiny at all, it looks like it's been brushed. Putting it together was easy too.
