Drybar Seltzer Spritz - Ulta Beauty

This hairspray is much stickier than moneymaker hairspray that I have used for years. I’m not sure why Drybar decided to replace a perfect hairspray with this one that really has no advantage to the competitors. I’ll be back to trying different brands again.

Sprayer clogs up every time. And then even after rinsing under warm water half the spray spurts out while the rest oozes out from under the spray top.

Several reviews have mentioned that the spray nozzle is defective and gets clogged frequently. It would be a great product otherwise.

I have very fine, thin hair and I absolutely love this hairspray!!! It sprays very lightly and doesn't blow my hair around or blast my scalp, and it has a pleasant smell that isn't overwhelming. It also holds nicely without being sticky or crunchy. I have to respray occasionally during the day, but just to give my hair a pickup and add additional volume. Great work, Dry Bar!

I use this as the last step of my haircare to set my natural curls and to help tame frizz. I LOVE the texture and hold it gives my curls and it keeps them in place all day. My favorite thing about this product: ITS NOT STICKY! It's 100% true that its a gentle flexible hold. I got a free sample as a recommendation from my UB Salon stylist and once I finished it I bought a full size!! Im usually a drugstore beauty girl but I needed this product again Also for the other reviewers/future buyers: if you're wanting 24hr hold this is not the product for you. My curls still look good at the end of the day but this is not advertised as this extreme hold hair spray. Not sure why other reviews are so harsh because if you actually read and use the product as directed, it works EXACTLY as advertised.

This hairspray smelled amazing, held my hair in place, and did not weigh it down at all. Every other brand I've tried has done 2 of those 3, but this is the first to do it all. 10/10 ✨

I was looking forward to getting this free for my diamond gift because I needed some hairspray but this smells AWFUL and I was actually embarrased at work thinking someone would notice it was me that smelled bad. I'm truly sorry to not recommend this product.

My husband and daughter in law commented on how good I smell when I apply it. It really does smell amazing without being too much. The ingredients are wonderful.

I loved Money Maker and was excited to try this. But have been disappointed… it’s sticky and not flexible at all. Also, it’s so sticky that the sprayer clogs after every time I use it, even when the cap it’s closed. Switching back to Money Maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like all Dry Bar products, the scent is perfect and lasts. This hairspray is a light hold as described. It is perfect for my fine hair with some wave that I blowout straight. I gave it a four, as like any hairspray I have used, it gets clogged and needs to use hot water to return it to use.

I have had a great experience with other Drybar products, like Final Call coconut cream. This one happens to have a terrible smell if you're sensitive. It gave me a bad headache with it's icky, chemical powder smell. The spray seems to work fine but I can't use it. I'll stick to Bumble and Bumble's "One spray does it all."

Especially like the fact that you can turn the spray OFF by rotating the cap to make sure the spray does not clog.

I'm noticing a trend on Ulta where products have bumped up ratings that were 'gifted' - where are the real reviews? Well here's one: this stuff is just okay. I got it as my diamond reward and I'm glad I didn't pay for it or I would ask for my $ back. You need TONS for any kind of hold. I have thin, long hair. The smell is overpowering and powdery. DryBar is so hit or miss and this is a miss. Can't see a situation this would be something I'd use

Smells terrible gives nasty headache

I was so excited to try this hairspray. The one that I used before was discontinued by Drybar. I like the texture that it provides when the nozzle works. However, the nozzle must get stopped up, and it is almost impossible to spray. It has been very frustrating. Therefore, I will not buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Drybar in general and have used the Money Maker hairspray in the past and thought it was great for light, flexible hold. So I excitedly tried the new product, Seltzer Spritz and was incredibly disappointed. The product itself is ok, a little stickier than Money Maker. But the packaging was awful. The sprayer kept clogging and sputtering, and I'd only used it a few times. And the can is such a large diameter that it was very uncomfortable and difficult for me to hold and spray with one hand. It was such a terrible experience that I threw the remainder away, what a waste. If you love Money Maker, or don't have very large hands, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Works well for my thin fine hair, holds and doesn't weigh it down. Not crazy about the fragrance, but the smell doesn't last long

I would definitely buy this product again. It's light and goes on well and holds pretty well
