Only a few months after buying this Dyson, the filter already malfunctioned. Support took almost a month to fix it, and Dyson would not supply a refund despite it being within my consumer rights. The fan was not worth the cost, support was inconsistent and not helpful, and I regret buying it. I wish there was something more positive to share about the product or my experience.

I need to know how to properly clean the fan. Ii am only able to clean the outer parts, whereas the dust inside the casing is hard to reach.

We had bought the 4 fans for almost a year and the product is definitely good and with style. However, the only part one to comment is the noise, this is especially so obvious during the night. You will noticed a great lot of silent when you have off it. It will be a tremendous product and user experience in the noise aspects could be improved.

I have bought for some time already. It is really noisy when you increase speed. The range of cool wind is not as wide as the standard fan when you keep it stationary in one direction. The only good point is ease to clean

The plastic coating on these products is a rubberized material, made to feel luxurious, but breaks down after several years into a sticky greasy mess. This destroys the usability of your expensive device.

The fan works splendidly, and is attractive, however there are two flaws IMHO: 1) The fan is not only functional, but it sits in your home. It has to be attractive as well as functional. What you get with the AM07 is a dark grey power cord... The unit is white, but this really stands out. Why not make the cord white? How many people do you know with a dark grey baseboard (where the cord will most likely lay), as opposed to a white baseboard??? 2) For this price, you'd expect a superior remote using RF (radio frequency) instead of IR (infrared). You will always have to have line of sight to adjust the fan. That's a disappointment. Otherwise, a good product.

The fan looks cool and seems to work for 10 minutes. Then It develops a gradual breathing type sound and it gets louder then the sound of the fan. It’s almost like it’s sucking in and filtering air or something. But it sounds like a breathing monster in the corner of your room in the middle of the night. It’s lame, I can’t get it to stop. M

AM07 has been engineered to not only be quieter but more energy efficient too. Bought this 3 years ago and have used it every night since, summer and winter! Would definitely recommend it to a friend. We've got to the stage that without the hum of the fan we can't sleep. I personally can't think of anything about it that has disappointed us.

I have had many fans in the past and none of them provided the air flow this fan does. I did notice comments from others on it just being a fan? It is a fan and not a A/C fan so don't expect it to preform like a A/C fan, but it does provide a nice cool breeze during the day and at night when sleeping. Its quiet, even at 10 setting, even though though noise would not bother me anyway.
Greatest!!! But unfortunately we lost accessorise , how can we get it?

We bought it 3 years ago, it’s a great product, we love it all our family, it safe for babies and that’s way we love it more. Unfortunately my grandson lost accessories , so we can use only one position and one speed. Can you recommend where is possible to get it. I will be very pleased if you help me. In the past summer I bought 2 Tower Fans: one for me and one for my mom. We both love it. It's not a refrigeration system, and we knew when we bought it. It's blows air, quietly and the 10 levels are excellent. Put it a 1 at night and you have a nice, quiet breeze to help you sleep. I've waited too long to get one of those.

Was looking for a way to cool my room as I have no way to mount an AC unit. Decided to go with this because they talk about how it cools a room. Nope! It's just a fan. What a waste of money and Dyson should change their marketing to not be false advertising. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Save your money and buy a normal tower fan because it does the exact same thing.

The air temperature does not change, it is the air flow which cools the user. Each of the machines have the option of increasing the speed of the air expelled from the machine, which is adjusted with the remote control. AM07 can be used in conjunction with an air conditioner to circulate cold air further and faster saving you money and energy.
