The formula feels nice. The brush is decent, and it applies nicely. ...followed by ALL DAY flaking that just will NOT QUIT. If you have $6 to spend on Mascara, you can find one that won't do you dirty like this formula will. I LOVE the e.l.f. Brand. I've used many of their products, but this ain't it.

Yes this makes my lashes look nicer, so an extra star for that, however even for the price it's not worth it because even if you apply it to dry lashes and use powder beforehand, it's smudged very obviously within an hour. It's like it doesn't dry at all and gives total racoon eyes within just a couple hours.

Was recommended this as a great defining and lengthening mascara. I can definitely say it doesn’t clump but it also does not build volume whatsoever so the lashes look fairly limp and lifeless overall. What makes it unusable is the ridiculous amount of flaking, even as it’s brand new and used with primer as well. Skip this one.

I love elf but there mascaras literally suck. this one flaked so so so badly and it would get in my eyes. it doesn't even do well and lengthening and the wand hurts to use. DO NOT BUY

This mascara smears and smudges SO much. The formula is just terrible. I could put it on in the morning and by the time I get to work I already have smudges under my eyes. I'd rather wear no mascara than this. I used to use ELF 3-in-1 mascara and I loved it, but now it's discontinued. I was hoping this would be a good replacement, but no.

This mascara does not stay on your lashes it smudges and is very messy to clean up. I bought it for both me and my daughter to try we both had the same problem. Would not recommend!

Complete fail. This barely gave me any boost to my natural lashes. Then by 10am I had mascara all over my under eye. Awful!! Went back to my old brand.

i LOVE LOVE LOVE how this mascara looks when you first put it on. BEAUTIFUL! i was so excited but throughout the day it smears and smudges under my eyes. i’ve given it about a week trial now. i wanted to love it so so bad but i just can’t with the smudging

I love the brush and how this mascara applies. It is the most natural looking results I've found. Two coats is perfect. The ONLY issue is has terrible fallout. I have racoon eyes by the end of the day. I've tried several other elf mascaras and none have had this problem. The brush is my favorite part so I'll probably try and use that with my other elf mascaras that don't have the fallout issue.
