Get accurate and fast readings with our FDA-cleared easy@Home digital thermometer with fever alarm for the entire family. Measures body temperature to 1/10th of a degree precision (e.g. 97.1 ºF) in both Celsius or Fahrenheit. Large display of readings. A ‘beep’ sound will let you know a successful temperature was taken. Perfect for all ages including babies, kids and adults. The soft, flexible, waterproof tip is comfortable for babies and kids to get readings quickly with less fuss. The EMT-021 is lightweight to easily take on the go. Note: Start temping when ºF or ºC is flashing. The “Lo” with a flickering F/C is not an indication of low battery. A true low battery symbol is an empty flickering battery icon.

Q: Does the screen turn red if a fever is detected? Or do any other alarming things if the temperature reading is above 98.6? Thanks!

A: Thank you for asking. No, this thermometer does not change color to indicate different readings, including is a fever is detected. It is a digital thermometer that gives a reading in 45 seconds or less. It is a great screening tool to have and compact to store easily. To learn more, please contact us. Q: How do you change the battery? I’m too sick to come in, and this is the only thermometer I have. I have the batteries, but I can’t open it?

A: Thank you for your purchase. My sympathies that you are sick. We hope you recover soon. In the meantime, you can replace the battery by removing the top cap to expose the battery compartment. It takes 1, LR41 Alkaline battery. Follow the + sign before removing and replacing the battery and simply snap on the cover again. I hope this helps. Believe the reviews. I tried with two seperate thermometers. Works for a little bit and after maybe a month or so, based on the reading I got this AM, should be in a hypothermic coma.

I feel like this is a 50/50 thermometer. Works for some just fine but then like this one I got, it does it’s own thing. Bought this for under $5 and used it when I knew I was sick. It gave me 3-6 different temperatures. I tossed it. Don’t buy unless you got $5 to waste to see if it even works or not for you. I will be going with something different.

Piece of junk. I tested the first one I received and it said my temperature was 95 degrees. I tested with a different thermometer I had and it said my temperature was 97.8. Target sent me a replacement thermometer and that one said my temperature was 95.5. My temperature really was 98. Buy a different one.

It keeps saying my environmental temp is too low for it to be used. Reading the instructions it says temp has to be at least 89 degrees, that makes no sense. I just tested myself and have covid and I can't figure out if I have a temp or not, this thing is useless

I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging of this thermometer! It comes in a clear plastic case with a snap lid to protect the thermometer itself. Overall, it does take a little bit of time to get a reading, but not too long. Hoping that the battery works for as long as promised!
