A: According to what I have reasearched on these, the answer is yes, but you wouldn't use a whole sheet for hand washing, as these are meant for a whole load of laundry in a washer.

A: No, this material is highly water-soluble, has no potential to bioaccumulate in biota, and does not meet the chemical definition of a microplastic. In other words, the PVA used in our sheets the detergent will never not degrade into microplastics and is not a rigid plastic.

Good for the earth, suitable for cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of an eco friendly and plant based. I am also always looking for products that are hypoallergenic too. I wanted to like this product more, it was functional, but not blow me away great. I\nThought that I would like the scent I chose but realized afterwards I am not a fan of that fragrance profile. This product is great for all the social responsibility reasons but I'm not completely sold on its effectiveness vs other brands yet.

Clothing comes out clean, though, you may need to adjust how many sheets you use depending on the load and what you are washing. Not really a strong scent, and no residue from the batches I've done. Pretty good!

Convenient, easy to use product

They clean just as effectively as my regular detergent, but I especially love that they’re unscented. It makes me feel good using them on my pets’ bedding and blankets. The sheets are super convenient too. There’s no measuring or mess, which is a big plus. I already love ECOS liquid detergent, and these sheets are definitely something I’d keep buying and using regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The detergent sheets washes the clothes, very well. The scent is not strong, just subtle, which I prefer. The sheets foams up very quickly when water hits it. It can be cool or warm or hot water. You only need one sheet for small to medium loads and for full loads,I would put two sheets. I wouldn’t say the sheets removes stains, but it is a great detergent and will remove any minor stains. Overall, I’m really love the detergent sheets. It’s very clean and easy to use.

Work well, leave no residue

This is so simple to use, just throw them in the washing machine and they do all the work. His clothes get clean and our water is hard, these help everything feel softer without any residue. Great concept

The sheets dissolve easily in the wash and clean my clothes well, even on regular everyday loads. I’m giving this 4 stars because while the performance is solid, the scent just isn’t my favorite. It’s not overpowering, but it’s not a fragrance I personally enjoy. That said, if you’re sensitive to strong smells or prefer a more subtle, natural scent, this could actually be a plus for you. Overall, I think this is a great option for anyone looking to reduce plastic waste and simplify their laundry routine. I’d definitely recommend it for the convenience and cleaning power, I just wish the scent was more appealing to my personal taste. ✔️ Cleans well ✔️ Eco-friendly & travel-friendly ✔️ No spills or mess ❌ Scent wasn’t for me

Efficient and easy to use

They clean similar to other products, but they also don’t have a scent. So if you prefer fragrance-free this should be your go to. I like my laundry to smell clean, so I didn’t love that.

Big shoes to fill!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed the fragrance of these detergent sheets. The last time I tried a similar product, they were unscented, which I didn’t find as appealing because I like my laundry to not just be clean, but smell amazing after a wash! I enjoyed this fresh, floral scent. It’s also cool that these are a plant-based product, as I enjoy finding small ways to care for the environment. I went with a 4 star rating, though, because I am still married to my liquid detergent! I wasn’t impressed enough by these to be swayed away. Maybe I am biased, but I just don’t feel that these get my clothes as clean as a liquid detergent can.

We have used fragrance free detergent for a very long time now, but it comes in a plastic jug, so I thought why not try another brand that is more friendly to the planet. It dissolved fine, very quickly at that, almost crumbling in my hand. The clothes really didn’t appear to be dirty when they came out, but they didn’t smell “freshened” and clean either. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing this specifically in the future.

I had a mixture of clothing in this wash (some items were baseball clothing). Overall the sheet did the job of cleaning my clothing. It didn’t remove any stains. I do wish it had a light scent however this item is perfect for anyone who suffers from allergies from scents. Over all I would purchase this item. If you have clothing that has stains.. you may want to pretreat prior.
