I occasionally buy Eggland's Best, usually only when they're on sale and are equivalently priced to the store brand. This time my husband made hard boiled eggs with them, and I am now a convert. Typically hard boiled eggs are ok, but not much flavor. And the yolk is not usually my favorite part. But with these Eggland's Best eggs hard boiled, I could really taste the difference! The yolk was my favorite part; very flavorful. And to boot, the shell peeled off very easily - MUCH better than the store brand hard boiled we had last time. I am surprised to be saying this, but I will probably buy EB all the time now. There IS a difference! Yummy. (We may even try the organic)
