Received my 10oz mug as a Christmas gift and love it! I’m not a coffee drinker but love tea, hot chocolate and hot apple cider. This keeps my drink at the perfect temperature so I can take my time and slowly enjoy it. Nothing worse than a hot drink turning cold and having to keep reheating. Not with this mug!

I love the Ember mug but I am on my second mug that is flaking off on the inside. Nobody seems to be able to tell me why. I don't use metal utensils in it, I hand wash it and I can't use it because I don't want to be ingesting whatever is flaking off. I refuse to buy another one fearing it will do the same thing.

ONE out of the 3 mugs we have actually works. The charging base broke on one other. AND the travel mug no longer reads any temperature. When it finally 'pairs' it just reads 'empty'. I've e-mailed the required photos and followed up for THREE weeks, and get NO response. I can only assume they're buying time til the warranty runs out.

I received this as a gift and can state it is one of the best gifts ever! I love that I can finally keep my cup of coffee hot for the duration of sipping. The use and care is easy. A few suggestions. Yeti cover is very difficult to remove. Mug does not fit in car cup holder.
