Q: I'm hesitant to purchase because the scale is not zeroed out on the feature picture. Is there a way to adjust the scale if it's not zeroing out? If so, can you explain how? Thanks

A: Yes, there is a needle adjustment knob under the load assembly. This can be used to zero out the scale.

Love this! It’s attractive and not so big that it takes a lot of counter space- kind of retro cool. Accurate results, and also a good way to teach kids about pounds and ounces. No batteries and steel bowl is removable for easy cleaning. My only issue is that there are no instructions on assembly or care- but maybe that’s just me.
