I’m not very good at doing my nails but have started using this polish which does stay on with the top coat and reapplying the top coat after a week. By 2 weeks, it’s definitely started to chip around the tip and edge of the nail but not an eyesore. I thought Preshow Jitters would be more of a sheer. It looks white to me.

I follow the instructions and use gel couture polishes without a base coat, and then I follow up with the gel couture top coat. It genuinely does feel like having a gel polish manicure on your nails but without the risk of developing an allergy from misuse. It did, however, stain my nails yellow after several manicures because I didn't use a base coat. I've noticed the manicure lasts a lot longer when I don't use a base coat, though. I love the sheers from this line especially - they're so delicate, pretty, self-leveling, soft, and just what I want out of a smooth, clean "your nails but better" look.

I bought the full set/system and when using 'princess charming' the polish started coming off in less than 24 hours, even when I purposely didn't wash my hands as much as a normal day for the 24 hours after applying it. I cannot yet comment on how easy this is to remove. I also bought "first fitting" because I was impressed in store that it was thick and not streaky, but when I tried using it at home it was thin and streaky and would have taken like 4-5 coats for it to look decent so hopefully this is still within my return policy because I want to return everything I bought.

I'm obsessed. First polish to stay on me. The shine is always their as well. I do use 3 color coats for this light pink only because I want it a little darker. The brush is a great shape and easy to apply. I'm so excited tk try more colors. I wish it was under $10 however.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Most red polish is really dark, but I wanted sort of a bright, neon orangey red and this shade is perfect. The polish itself is very pigmented and even just one layer with a top coat looks really good and lasts a long time. I think I made it about a week without any chipping and even then it was still pretty minimal.

I have never been able to wear nail polish because I pick at it, wear gloves in a lab, and wash my hands frequently. This nail polish is amazing. First it has a rounded brush so it is easier to apply neatly. Second it lasts over a week. Well worth the extra cost. I have Sheer Fantasy and it is a lovely natural color, one coat blends in and evens out your nails, two coats looks fancy, either is great, with shiny top coat over to seal the deal. Love it

Haut To Trot is a beautiful bubblegum shade of pink. The polish looks just like the picture which is very convenient! Lasts at least 7 days for me without chipping, I struggle with other brands chipping after 5 days. Essie is my favorite brand for nail polish 💅

As a first timer for gel polish from Essie, it lasted as long as a week until it started to chip off. I did not apply a base or top coat, however prepped my nails. As a result, they turned out great and the color was what I expected from the bottle! I bought "put in the patchwork" color for a fall dark red color like cherries. Look forward to purchasing more colors from Essie!
