Go with a different bottle brand. You can have it screwed on just fine and give it to your baby and it just leaks everywhere! There is also a pocket in the nipple that collects debris and is next to impossible to clean unless you use a Qtip
Not the best.

The numbers to measure the amount of liquid rubbed off within a month. You have to make sure that you get the lid perfectly screwed in right, otherwise you will be crying over spilled milk. I have to rescrew the top multiple times and tip it over a little bit to make sure my baby is not going to completely drenched in milk. These are the bottles we have used for 3.5 months now. Only because these were the only ones that she would take when she was nursing and bottle feeding. Now that she is exclusively bottle fed, I have finally switched her to a different bottle. Thank goodness, because I’m not sure how much milk I am pouring in there anymore.
Love the shape but not the flow

The shape of the nipple is very unique and great for latching but there's absolutely nothing slow about the "slow flow" nipple. My baby still can gulp and gets hiccups every time using these bottles

Our baby primarily nurses but we wanted to incorporate occasional bottle feeding to allow dad to be apart of feedings, to give us some flexibility, and for when I go back to work. These bottles have been great. They have been a part of our daughter’s eating routine since she was one week old. She is now almost 7 weeks old and has had no issue going back and forth between nursing and a bottle.

These bottle are okay I only got them cause we left out of town and only had one bottle on us so I got the evenflo balence + wise cause it kinda mimicked her bobo bottle. I did like this bottle for my daughter until I realized the nipple gets like flat when she drinks and has to take out the bottle to let the nipple get air I don’t know how to explain it or maybe I’m not placing the nipple onto the cap right but My daughter does like the bottle that is the only problem we have with it. I do recommend for a baby that knows how to hold and take out bottle from mouth cause they understand but it must get very annoying for them as well.

Great ~ promote a wide latch as recommended by LC. We use the nipple with the glass Avent bottles so we don’t have to use the plastic Evenflo bottles (yes we could have just bought the nipples on another site).

Buy these bottles! I previously experienced an issue with the nipple collapsing. I received a replacement pack and these do not colapse and the rings are different, you no longer have to line up the vent.

I love the wide breast like latch my baby gets. Wish they felt more high quality and wish the glass options were better. Nipples are hard to get, no large size in glass options, and the small glass ones are always sold out.
Great product for breastfed babies.

Leaks so fast that my baby chokes on milk, and has it dropping down her chin onto her clothes

They were fine at first but recently they've started leaking. I was feeding my son at 3am and thought he was drinking it too fast, turns out it was leaking all the way down his clothes and he was soaked, all that milk gone to waste...

Hi Rachel, please check to see that all of your bottles are identical as the pieces manufactured from the old location will not work with bottles manufactured in the new location: https://www.evenflofeeding.com/blogs/bottles/balance-wide-has-a-new-bottle-design. Our consumer care team would be happy to troubleshoot with you. Feel free to reach out to us at support@evenflofeeding.com and reference CS-7497. Thanks!

I have a growth restricted baby who absolutely needs to eat as much as he can each feeding. if you don’t line up the nipple perfectly to the vent on the ring the bottle will not work. it will leak so much on the side or wont drip at all. he’s small and doesn’t have much fat so he can’t waste too much energy trying to eat. we switched bottle brands and he instantly started drinking twice as much is less time. with these bottles it was taking almost an hour to feed!

Hi JP, Glad you found a bottle that works for your little one. Unfortunately, one bottle will not be "best" for every baby, and you were wise in trying more than one bottle. It sounds like the Balance + bottle was having a venting issue. Here is a link that describes how to resolve the issue if you would like to give them a second chance when your baby is older: https://www.evenflofeeding.com/blogs/bottles/how-to-squeeze-the-nipple-vent. You are welcome to reach out to our consumer care team if we can assist you further. Contact support@evenflofeeding.com and reference CS-7459. Thanks!

We tried other bottles and these were the winner! The flow is great and per our LC we should look for this style nipple. I wish they had a smaller size but I haven’t been able to find them. They still fit nicely in the pockets of our diaper bag vs some Bottles that are much wider.

These bottles are so cheaply made. 50/50 chance when I screw the top to secure the nipple, it gets off track then when I tip it over it leaks. The only good thing is the nipple for breastfed babe, creating wide latch.

Hi Nicole, we are sorry to hear of your experience with leaking. Please make sure you are using the correct cap ring. It could be that you have cap rings manufactured from different facilities...see more here: https://www.evenflofeeding.com/blogs/bottles/balance-wide-has-a-new-bottle-design. I usually go directly to mam bottles. The nipple flow on those for 0 were way to fast. So after educating my self on what shape nipple you want for a breast fed baby and to use bottles. This seems to be the best option with a slow flow nipple to start with. You want to take two fingers and make a triangle over the nipple. The less space between your fingers and the nipple the better for a breast fed baby when introducing bottles. I will plan on gifting a set to any friend that’s expecting.

I am a FTM to newborn twins who are 3 weeks. They have very different latch styles and flow preferences. Finding a happy medium for them both has been tricky. My one guy liked the Philips natural response and my other liked lansinoh. Neither really worked well for us though. These to me looked like a hybrid between the two so I decided to give them a shot. Both twins love them! Score!!! Def reduce gas and help pace feedings a bit better. I love that it promotes such a wide latch so I can still BF and not worry about them ruining their latch on an unnatural nipple My literal only complaint is that it’s a little difficult to screw the rings on correctly and I swear I always spill

Baby transitioned well, but when I opened the package for the first time, the bottles looked bad and used. I smelled the inside of the bottles and checked the nipples, seemed okay, especially since I sanitized them before use anyway. I really hope I did receive brand new bottles.
