It doesn't have a strong scent, foams easily with very little product, and it feels like it cleans pretty well. However, after using this face wash twice, I have noticed that my face feels irritated and has a sensitive burning sensation right after. I do have sensitive skin and low-key eczema and I think this product made it flare up. But this is a personal issue. For those that don't have such sensitive skin, this could be a good cleanser.
So sad my skin didn't like this!

I use the calming facial oil from the same line and adore it. I have backups so I never run out. I came across this and figured I would love it just as much. Unfortunately, this really dries out my skin. My skin is left feeling tight, stripped, and sensitive with increased redness after using this. I have no idea what ingredient my skin hates so much, but I appear to be the only person who isn't in love with this cleanser.

I love the name and it truly is as puffy as a cloud -- when you squeeze out a pea sized amount, it kinda puffs up in size and is super gentle and soft on the skin. I rub it in especially around the eye area for makeup removal and it does the trick in one wash. The bottle is pretty big and should last the year. It's working well on my combo/oily skin with very little to no dryness after

This is hands down the best cleanser I’ve ever used, and I used to buy Drunk Elephant for over twice the price. It actually removes makeup and gunk yet somehow actually doesn’t dry out my combo skin??? The tiniest dab goes a super long way, and it lathers so nicely. I really wanted to like this but unfortunately, it broke me out in a rash. You know how water drips down your arms when you’re washing your face? Well there are rash marks down my arms where the water got to them. It’s a nice concept with nice ingredients but just beware.

If you want to effectively and gently clean your face, without over drying, mix the product with your wet hands and then apply it into your face. Instead of making the lather on your face, you are making it on your hands, this will cause much less stress on the skin barrier.

This cleanser is disappointing. I love Facetory's facial oil and various masks, but this cleanser is a big fat NO for me. I will say that my pores do appear smaller and it will get your skin squeaky clean. I may of liked this in my teens and twentys, but it is not working for me in my 30s. This is too drying and irritating for my dermatitis. Also, my makeup is not sitting on my face right since adding this in the routine.

It's foamy yet also moisturizing and doesn't irritate my hypersensitive skin. Best cleanser ever. It makes my skin very dewy and moisturized looking. Probably a no for oily skin.
