Drinks taste like Soap! to go cups, water bottles do not rinse clean: Bought these accidentally not realizing they are powder. We have a 2 year old dishwasher that works great, but not these pods.

Has a strong unpleasant chemical/perfumy odor. Can sometimes be tasted when drinking water from glass. Don't understand why a company would want to coat dishes, which one drinks and eats from, with a chemical odor. Was a stong user of the Classic Finish. Will not purchase this again.

Makes everything taste like soap, anything silicone will taste and smell like soap forever. It won’t come out. Awful, ruined all of my spatulas, silicone muffin cups, etc. do not buy!

I bought the 84 count container. It was sealed at the top when I took the lid off. I broke the seal. The container appeared to be only half full, so I counted the tablets. I counted only 81, so I counted a second time to be sure I had counted right. 81 again. Besides finding only 81 tabs in the 84 count container, I prefer the previous product. The previous product didn't leave a residue on my fingers. This product leaves a residue on my fingers that I have to wash off after every time I handle one. Once I run the dishwasher, the product seems to be fine. No problems there.

Terrible smell and make dishes taste like soap after washed. I have to pour a whole pot of soup away because it tastes like soup. Very angry and upset about this product

Please do not get rid of the Finish Classic dishwashing tablets. I have been using them for years and have not had any problems. The new liquid in plastic do not fulling dissolve and the clog up your dishwasher drain.

I used Finish tablets for years before they became unavailable. "What's the harm?" I thought to myself when deciding to purchase these. Plenty as it turned out!!!! My kitchen, my hands, my dishwasher and my dishes and glassware REEK of a fake citrus chemical odor. My hand is breaking out where I touched it. I am now on the second rinse cycle trying to get rid of the stench.

I have been a happy user of the “classic” tablets for many years. Now they are very hard to buy. I bough these instead, and I’ve been appalled by the heavy scent that’s been added. Even when I open the container, there’s a waft of weird, chemical smelling. “Citrus.” I decided to use tongs to avoid skin irritation and thought it would be ok. Now that I’ve used them, I find that I have to use an extra rinse cycle to get the horrible odor out of my dishes, particularly plastic storage containers and cutting boards.

Use Ultimate or Quantum only. This does not dissolve well. Leaves soap caked in the dispenser and the plastic pod balled up in the dishwasher. NEVER had this problem with Quantum or Ultimate. Will clean dishes for you but then you have to clean up all the residue from the dishwasher.

Have used finish for many , many years. Enjoyed the hard cubes with power ball. Our local grocery now carries this quantum with power all has ruined all of my plastic storage lids and cups. I’ve tried everything but they all taste like soap now . I’m going to have to repurchase hundreds of dollars in Pyrex and coffee go mugs. Disappointed and sad to lose some of my favorite things.

Product is not great. It leaves a white film on my pans and bowls no matter what settings I employ on my dishwasher. I've done hot, not hot, long, short, rinse cycle, dry cycle and ever other combination possible and it still leaves a thick white detergent film on my dishes. Will not be buying again and strongly recommend others to avoid this product.
