Enough that made me prep before taking. I started some new medication that made me constipated and needed a little extra help. I was nicely surprised to see how effective this was. I followed the instructions and quite hot went exactas expected. No drama. Would recommend trying!

In all honesty, if there was a zero option for a star ⭐️ rating that’s what I have given this product. From my own personal experience with this product, I have had a horrible experience! The day I took this laxative, I was not able to leave the restroom! Saying in a polite and respectful manner, I have had at least eight bowls movements. It worked on me right away and also gave me moderate levels of cramps that was very uncomfortable! I went to restroom until the next morning! All the ingredients at the back of the box were very foreign to me! The price for an item such as this I think it’s expensive! I already have tossed the product!

I took 1 tablet at 8:00 pm and by 10:00 am nothing had happened. I took 2 pills that night at 8:00 pm. By 9:00 pm, the cramps started, and lasted for an hour. I did have a bowel movement, but I will not be using this product again.

I usually take these right before bed and the next morning I will have relief from constipation. This is just my experience with these laxatives, they may not be for everyone but they do work for me

Definitely be sure to take this on a weekend or a time when you know you'll be near a bathroom, just to be safe. I find that if I drink a lot of water, there's less cramping.
