It’s cardboard being held together by plastic pieces. The bots are easy to use. You just push on the hand and the bot spins to kick the ball. My sons do like it and play with it often.

Assembly was pretty simple and only took a couple of minutes. As for durability, if it's not being manhandled, it should last a while. It may come apart during gameplay if it's being moved around, but you can just pop the pieces back in. It doesn't keep my son's attention for too long at a time, but he'll play with it on & off throughout the day. The one thing that we do love is the little robots. Even if you don't particularly enjoy playing the game, the robots can be used as fidget toys. They're pretty fun to press and spin. Overall, although there really isn't much to the game, but my son gets a kick out of it, so mission accomplished.

For a cheap quick play it is nice bit made of mostly cardboard. The balls are foam like and everything sticks to them. This game will not last long with the average child playing with it.

I do worry that replay value is not great. The kids weren't interested in playing for too long. Also the size of the toy needs to be just a bit smaller to work well. Even as an adult my hand wasn't quite big enough to play well ( toy needs to spin around and would hit my palm).
