Bought these thinking it would actually help with cracked nipples, well as a seasoned breastfeeding mother these were quite the disappointment I had sores from my child nursing and these things stuck to them like glue and it was unbelievable how much it hurt to remove them too! The only thing about these that i did enjoy was the fact they had a cooling feature. Helped with engorgement pain.

I bought these because the Lansinoh ones were out of stock. These aren't even comparable. They are a pain to keep in place and when I remove them to nurse they stick to my fingers then wad up on themselves. They also don't offer much relief at all compared to Lansinoh. Highly disappointed and still in pain.

Feel nice, baby hated the smell after using them, even washing off the area before feeding. She fussed and cried so much and the only difference was using these for a short time. Once I showered amd got the smell completely off me, baby was happy again. I was given a different brand of these cooling pads in hospital and they were 100% clear and reusable and had no scent and didn't require washing after use, I was hoping these would be similar, unfortunately not.

These provided an instant relief, but after about a minute or so of wear, these made my breasts very itchy, even on the skin surrounding the nipple. I couldn’t wear for more than 5 mins.

So a few things, they are “egg shaped” and don’t stick on at all. I can see them staying if you wear a tight bra however that’s no ideal and these should be able to stay on to the skin. You’re better off getting the Medela or LANSINOH hydrogel pads. Frida mom seems to target new moms with their packaging and make overpriced low quality products, everytime. Would not recommend these at all if you’re looking for relief, it won’t come from these. Zero stars.

Floored at the positive reviews for these. They are MAYBE cool (not cold) for 60 seconds. I wore them for two hours and when I took them off to pump they were warm. Not room temperature, but like body temperature warm. This is TMI but if you are in the market for these, you need to read this- the only thing they succeeded at was pulling a layer of dead and cracked skin off of my nipple. Painfully. These did not provide relief. If I could return them I could.

These nipple pads fall off very easily, they stay “cold” for maybe 5 minutes, and if you start to leak milk while wearing these the milk spills out the sides onto your bra / clothes. Save your money.

Although these pads initially felt soothing, that quickly faded. They did provide a barrier between my bra and nipple, preventing rubbing, but that’s about all they did. They were way too sticky and when I removed them (2.5 hrs after applying) they pulled skin and scabbing off my already damaged nipple, which was quite painful. I suppose if my nipples were not already cracked and damaged, these might be ok for preventing cracking, but totally useless once damage has occurred.

I bought this bc the other brand my dr suggested was sold out… It doesn’t stick to my breast unless I’m laying down. When it’s on, my breasts becomes itchy & doesn’t feel cool. Waste of money! Don’t believe the 5 star reviews like I did!

I also developed mastitis and the hot and cold pack in this was a life saver. I brought this little pouch full of breastfeeding helpers with me to the hospital for delivery and I’m so glad I did

Would not recommend. They do not shape to the breast leaving dimpling on the sides of the patch causing the adhesive to stick to breast pads/clothing. Did not feel the actual cooling sensation or relief.
