I started my breast feeding journey only able to pump about 2oz each session. Since starting the Boobie Bars and Shakes I am getting about 6-7 oz each session which has really helped me stay on demand with my baby. Bonus! The peanut butter bars are so good I could eat the entire box in one sitting! Super healthy and nutrious but also delicious!

These lactations bars are expensive, super dry, hard to choke down but worst of all they gave me a really bad stomach ache. Really a bummer considering the price. I did not notice any change in my supply after eating these either. They are an overpriced grosser version of a cliff bar

I do see an increase in supply but, it’s hard to say if it’s this or the pumping or the increased hydration and calories I’m trying to take in. But either way, these are really good. I just wish they weren’t so expensive.

One of my friends gave me one of these bars on a critical moment and I totally love them!! Really effective and tasty! This one was my favorite type (tried the three bar types) Too sad that doesn"t ship to my country but I made a US friend received it for me! I'll totally buy them again in the future.

Loved these bars when I was breastfeeding my first kiddo and just placed a large order now that I am a few weeks out from baby 2. They taste good, low in sugar and contain a lot of key ingredients that are supposed to help with lactation. I usually kept one in the basket next to my bed and one next to my nursing chair. I tried all the flavors but personally only like the chocolate chip ones.

Flavor wasn’t bad. Was somewhat filling. Didnt give me or my baby gas. Didn’t help (or hurt atleast) my supply either. Ate one with 30 oz or water and saw no increase in my supply.

I thought the chocolate chip flavor was great and these were so helpful in the first month or so when I was trying to increase my supply. I could tell a difference after I ate one. They are expensive but it was worth it to me to have them at the start of my nursing journey.

Purchase this on 11/15/24.From 11/15/24 until 11/18/24 I ate 1 a day. Went from pumping 1 oz (4 times per day)on 11/13/24 until 11/15/24. To pumping a minimum of 3oz(pumping 4 times per day) from each side by 11/16/2024. These definitely work. However, they will make mom and baby very gassy.The cinnamon flavor is also intense. If your not a fan of cinnamon, naybe eat half a bar.I highly recommend to nursing moms with low supply or maybe trying to keep supply steady. I also have 3 other kids 5 and under I chase around often. This is great for a snack in a pinch.

I've nursed all three children but only recently tried these products, and wish I had found them sooner. They taste great and are an easy snack when I have my hands full!
