It never worked and was retuned.

Love the idea. Product just does not work. Followed the set up 100%. This is the second one I am returning. I am not going to try a third.

Horrible and shameful for Target to keep selling this item. All the reviews are true. Dealing with the company has been a nightmare.

To say I was excited about this Ice Maker would be an understatement. I bought 1 and could not get it to work at all. I tried customer support on Amazon and it directed me to Frigidaire Customer support. After a long hold time they informed that they do not handle this item and I need to call a 3rd party. My feeling is Frigidaire should not put they name on a product they wont support. That being said I called the 3rd party (off shore) company who were completely useless. No support. Just figured out it didnt work and suggested I send it back. It was annoying but maybe for the best. Figuring it was a fluke I returned it through Amazon and got a replacement. This one did not work either. Against my better judgement I reached out to the 3rd party Customer Support, again. Again they advised I return it. I an certain this is their only recommendation due to their lack of knowledge. My 11 year old was more helpful that this "professional" I tried myself multiple times and had 2 other people read setup instructions and try, thinking maybe I missed something. Nothing. After 2 days it would work intermittently. Even with Distilled water the spheres were very cloudy and not suited for craft cocktails, although I probably would have over looked it if the machine worked. I am out of ideas and have moved on to a different product which works great. I would have to seriously consider it before I bought another Frigidaire product.

Buyer beware. Does not work. Called the customer service number on the back of instruction phampet. I was told they do not have any in-house technicians and I just need to return it.

Got this to replace all the molds we have in the freezer but this machine is junk. We tried so many times to get it working but the moment it would make 2 ice balls the machine would have all the lights blinking and it wouldn't make anymore. Then after doing another total clean cycle it did the exact same thing. Don't waste your money.

Because it’s pretty expensive our expectation was pretty high and excited to make craft ice but never happened. My husband tried many different ways to make it work (he is super handy) and he figured out at least how it was supposed to be working and amazed the greatest intention of idea but it’s not quite there to sell reliably. I called the customer service and first thing the lady said was “did you clean it first?” And after I said yes she immediately said just return it. When my husband took to UPS store to return, even they knew about this ice machine “you are returning right? We see this a lot lately. Why does anyone sell a machine clearly not working for $350. Really waste of everyone’s time and money😞

Best self purchase! For years I was using plastic molds to make my ice. I finally bought this ice machine. Now I wonder why I didn't do this earlier. It is easy to use and the ice is awesome.

This is the best ice cube maker ever, when it's back in stock I will purchase one as a gift. AMAZING for any at home bar.

I've spent money on the ice balls, silicone molds ect and to be honest the cubes never turn out as nice as you want. This item is an industrical ice cube but for the price you can afford in your home. If you see it below $329.99 just get it.

What a fun, amazing ice maker! The round sphere ice cubes are fantastic. It was very easy to set up, fits great on the counter, and makes the ice balls quickly.
