Disappointing

The material is *very* scratchy and has an unpleasant feel to it. It's abrasive—definitely not something I'd want to snuggle into. Instead of quilt stitching, it has weird short lines sewn in it, so it doesn't hold its shape well and is wrinkly. It also came pre-stinking with a detergent-like smell that is still noticeable after two washes. (A tip for target and manufactures: people who seek out environmentally certified textiles likely don't want to sleep with artificially scented bedding.) I'm very surprised by the positive reviews for this. I found it depressingly disappointing. Target has been a real letdown recently, with ever-diminishing quality.

Reversible comforter set

I recently changed my daughters bed set with this beautiful medallion print comforter and sham set by Threshold. This set had a reversible off white and dark gold comforter. It was soft and had a nice thickness to it. My daughter’s bed is a full size mattress but the full/queen size fitted perfectly around the entire bed. I only wished the pillow cases would be reversible too, so that you could have a complete set in both colors. They shams can be flipped over but there is the noticeable open area where you insert the pillow. In general I do recommend this set. It’s comfortable, cool and adds a fun pattern.

Soft and yet so warm!! Became a favorite quickly in this house, and we've since replaced all bedding with this brand!! The pillow case is so nice and soft as well, it helps keep you cool. Highly recommend.!!

I just love this Medallion reversible comforter & sham set by threshold. The color is so vibrant. It is true to size. It is so soft and it keeps me warm. It’s not heavy. The material is not hard and itchy like other comforters. I receive a lot of compliments. It makes my room bright. With the gold accent color. I highly recommend this comforter set.

Beautiful colors in this comforter and sham set! The blending of the colors on the fabric was amazing and the colors complimented our bedroom perfectly! The one downside to the comforter is that although it washed well, it was a little wrinkled coming out of the dryer.
