However i dont look in the mirror everyday so who knows really. But i belive in the power of mushrooms and they taste like candy. I wouldnt not recomend, just know that there not a miracle in a bottel. Just good for your health regardless.

My kids cannot tolerate the taste so now they can enjoy the benefits of adaptogens whenever they feel an illness coming on and to help with overall health. Store was all out of all but one, so I'm excited to try the other types of mushrooms too. Not bad amount of sugar but good tasting. Texture was well-tolerated by my picky kids!

I would say that while I enjoyed taking the gummies I didn't really notice any change in myself after taking the gummies. I think I'd eat them in the future in hope that I'd see more of a change.

I have very happy with the results and I will continue to use them plus they taste fantastic!! I highly recommend everyone to give it a try since I have found other gummies that I buy at the store do not fulfill what I desire out of them. I tried fungies because I wanted something more natural that digested easier but still gave me what I was looking for, at 55 years old that's a lot.
